It lets you set up reminders for toilet visits and drinks. You can also set the reminder frequency to repeat daily. On the reminder notification, you have the opportunity to record the activity and the volume if you wish.
If you have a fixed program in mind for the day, you can create a reminder collection which is a group of reminders separated by a interval, and starts and ends at specified times of the day.
There is a simple and clear graphical summary to show the activities that had taken place, including number of toilet visits and drinks throughout the day.
This app is totally ad free and is free to use, however, please consider the in-app purchase to unlock the following functionalities:
* Export recorded data in CSV
* Able to change default quantity for drinks and pees
* Able to change default program interval
* Able to change reminder alert sound
* Able to change quantity unit (quantity is tied with the region of your device otherwise)
* Quantity step size is reduced to 0.1 (from 1) if unit is oz
* Quantity step size is reduced to 5 (from 50) if unit is ml
* Can confirm activities from the Apple Watch
