I thought the cancelation date landed on the day I was charged but it was the day before. Reached out and was told “I’ve reviewed your account and consulted with our billing team. Since more than 30 days have passed since your subscription began, the transaction is no longer eligible for a refund, according to our Subscription Policy and Terms & Conditions, which allow refunds only within the first 30 days.” Don’t waste your time and money.
