They’ve taken 7 years to add a feature every single user asked for since day one. -- Franke Design, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "ACCOUNT SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON" My account got suspended for literally just speaking to the host about her space. My questions and responses were extremely professional and respectful. My sister in law who’s 18+ tried booking the same place, they charged her card but suspended her account a day later. Her father made an account to book it himself bc we thought the issue was we weren’t 21+ to book, even though the space had no are restrictions. He spoke to the host, and as we waited for a response we just got a message saying his account was suspended as well. I really don’t understand why. All of our separate and diff account were all suspended?? We just wanted to have a birthday party ( no alcohol or illegal activity involved). Despite me being an adult as well as the guest, we were going to have someone 21+ attend as well as “supervision” since most guest are only 18/19/20 yrs old. When we emailed peerspace to see if we can come to a resolution, they didn’t give no explanation whatsoever and only said the decision to suspend our account was final. Don’t book with them. They are really picky and stingy with their stuff. Horrible company. Btw, my father in law card was charged with $334 for the space we wanted to rent out, my sister in law disputed but they haven’t reached back!! -- emiiiiiiilllyu, 2024-12-19 ### *---- "Great Venue, Terrible App" We had a fantastic time at the rental venue. The host , and the place were great. However, the Peerspace app is absolutely terrible. For example , after your booking, the only information that’s available is the address , cover photo, and host contact information. You can’t even view the venue’s photos, or rules and regulations. it’s almost like Peerspace expects you figure everything out with the host. Some people just like to be prepared ahead of time, you know…. But the confusing part is there was an email sent 2 days prior to the appointment with all the instructions and information (wifi info, key location, parking location etc), and these information were not synchronized to the app. When I’m busy , I need to have the information readily available on the app and not having to go through my emails. I suggest the app developer to check Turo and Airbnb’s user interface. Event experience 5/5 . App -5/5. -- Hank FW, 2024-12-12 ### ***** "Like it" Everything was okay until the app crashed -- Tweetyalex, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "scammy & glitchy" update: i don’t give a dang what meaningless boiler plate response their team responds with, YOU CAN’T EVEN ACCESS YOUR REFERRAL CODE ANYWHERE!! is this app a scam??? update: oh no, this platform is actually complete trash. on mobile AND desktop!! explain to me why if you leave text sitting in a DM for more than 30 seconds, this joke of a site DELETES it!!!? i thought i was going crazy until i literally sat there and watched the site do it. you need to get a real coder. the app is glitchy asl. something as simple as the BACK function doesn’t work when looking at listing photos + the search is buggy (wont update city, etc) i came back to deduct a star bc this app is so bad lol over a year later, there are still glaring problems. long messages are cut off at the bottom….😐 -- FukkOff818, 2024-12-09 ### ***** "BritttheDOC" Good -- local 7, 2024-11-25 ### ***-- "Terrible Communication from Hosts" The app is great conceptually and convenient when everything works out. My frustration is with the hosts. I’ve contacted a good amount of hosts for an event I’m planning and I’ve finally given up on the app because their communication is terrible. I’m not booking anything unless I establish good communication with a host. -- Ken________________, 2024-11-19 ### **--- "Not Phone Friendly!!!" This experience has been very frustrating, not phone friendly to update your site with pictures, find financial information, etc. Everything has to be done on the computer. Giggster is so easy to navigate on my phone, never have to get on my computer to do any business. Come on Peerspace catch up! I’m still waiting to get paid after almost 10 days. -- Catch up Peerspace, 2024-11-11 ### *---- "Dumb review policy" They have a really dumb review removal policy. I had a problematic guest who trashed my studio so I left her a bad review. I submitted photos evidence to Peerspace and requested cleaning cost. She then retaliated with a negative review. I disputed with Peerspace and they agreed with me so they removed her review but they also removed the review I wrote for her. My review for her was accurate. Her review for me was retaliation. But Peerspace policy made it so that when there’s a dispute, both reviews get removed. So now she’s back to a clean record. -- Dfwn2n, 2024-11-03 ### **--- "High processing fees" Processing fees are very high. -- SlushQueen23, 2024-10-30 [View all Peerspace reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Peerspace Discovered Keywords - venu - peer - book a meeting room - meeting rooms - workshop-app - the meetings space - retreat app - venue - peers - booking off ## Apps Similar to Peerspace - [Taskrabbit - Handyman & more](https://apptail.io/app/taskrabbit-handyman-more-ID/united-states) - [Soho House](https://apptail.io/app/soho-house-dLd/united-states) - [Discotech Nightlife](https://apptail.io/app/discotech-nightlife-NRd/united-states) - [LTK Creator: Monetize Content](https://apptail.io/app/ltk-creator-monetize-content-dFG/united-states) - [Lugg - Moving & Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/lugg-moving-delivery-nZH/united-states) - [StyleSeat - Salon Appointments](https://apptail.io/app/styleseat-salon-appointments-MIK/united-states) - [The Nudge](https://apptail.io/app/the-nudge-NIK/united-states) - [Giggster](https://apptail.io/app/giggster-EuV/united-states) - [Swimply: Escape Locally](https://apptail.io/app/swimply-escape-locally-dAWd/united-states) - [Partiful: Party Invite Maker](https://apptail.io/app/partiful-party-invite-maker-tIvn/united-states) ## Peerspace Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/peerspace-unique-event-spaces-XZJ/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/peerspace-unique-event-spaces-XZJ/canada) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/peerspace-unique-event-spaces-XZJ/united-kingdom) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/peerspace-unique-event-spaces-XZJ/france) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/peerspace-unique-event-spaces-XZJ/australia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/peerspace-unique-event-spaces-XZJ/germany) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/peerspace-unique-event-spaces-XZJ/spain) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
