## Peerview Description

Peerview lädt Dich ein, über Deine spezifische Situation auf neuartige und unkonventionelle Weise nachzudenken. Die App enthält jeweils 100 kurze Denkanstösse oder Oblique Strategies zu den Themen Leadership, Teamwork, Change, Conflict, Coach the Coach, Innovation, Agile und Sales.

Diese Denkanstösse bieten keine Lösungen. Sie laden ein, in eine bestimmte Richtung nachzudenken, und daraus eine eigene Lösung zu bauen. Wohin diese Gedanken Dich führen, ist in Deiner Hand.

Weshalb tun wir das?

Erstens, in Führung und Zusammenarbeit sind die meisten Ansätze hochgradig gelegenheitsgetrieben. Wir wissen heute nicht, was alles morgen für uns relevant sein wird. Deshalb wählst Du aus, welche der 100 Anstösse pro Thema für Deine spezifische Situation relevant sind.

Zweitens, in Führung und Zusammenarbeit sind die meisten Lösungen hochgradig kontextabhängig. Was dort funktioniert, klappt hier nicht unbedingt. Deshalb halten wir die Denkanstösse abstrakt und zählen auf Deine Fähigkeit, ihre Bedeutung in Deinem Kontext zu erkunden.

Drittens – für uns am wichtigsten – glauben wir, dass unsere Nutzenden reife Menschen sind, die sich nicht gerne von einer App sagen lassen, was sie zu tun haben.

Peerview ist noch wirksamer, wenn es in einer Gruppe genutzt wird.
