Pending makes sure it doesn't stay that way — with real system alarms that ring even when your iPhone is on silent or Do Not Disturb. REAL SYSTEM ALARMS Every reminder uses AlarmKit (iOS 26) to ring for real, without relying on push notifications that the system can silence, delay, or drop. WHEN IT RINGS Right from the alarm screen you can complete the task, snooze it, edit it, or silence it. When several tasks ring at the same time they're grouped together, so you can deal with each one in place. FOCUS ON WHAT'S NOW The "Now" filter hides everything except the tasks due around the current time, so a long list never gets in your way. WEEKLY REPEAT Set which days each reminder should repeat. Perfect for habits and routines: weekdays only, every Tuesday, or any combination you choose. SILENCE WHEN YOU NEED TO Mute everything for 1 hour, 4 hours, until tomorrow, or from now — and see exactly which tasks are affected before you confirm. SKIP THE NEXT ONE Don't need it to ring tomorrow? Silence the next occurrence without deleting the reminder or losing its repeat schedule. COMPLETION HISTORY Mark a task done and it's logged with date and time in a file you can browse. You'll always know what you did and when. WIDGETS & QUICK ACTIONS A Lock Screen widget keeps your next tasks in view, and home screen quick actions let you add a task, show what's next, or silence in one tap. CREATE FROM ANY APP Share text or web links from Safari, Notes, or any other app directly into Pending: it arrives ready as a new task, set to schedule. IMPORT YOUR TASKS Bring in tasks from a file, with a clear report of any rows that couldn't be added. AUTOMATIC BACKUP Choose where to save your tasks — iCloud Drive, Files, or an external drive — and the app keeps it synced in the background. No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your pending tasks are yours to keep. Requires iOS 26 or later. ## Pending Tasks Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/92/65/54/92655414-00f2-132d-f1d7-3659930502e1/en00.PNG/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/04/87/68/04876863-6188-be93-48e7-898fc643b712/en01.PNG/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/3f/5e/6f/3f5e6f82-0c59-5780-c102-a5e0f71414e7/en03.PNG/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/dd/7c/ce/dd7cce87-2fff-881b-1e46-0512ea293617/en04.PNG/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/57/8b/24/578b2423-ef6a-cca1-b0fc-25e84246d40c/en05.PNG/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/9a/aa/e7/9aaae792-0ae9-fddc-9656-ca3cec7b567a/en06.PNG/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/a6/bd/eb/a6bdeb15-9326-9566-19d6-7029490e256e/en07.PNG/1290x2796.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/62/fc/a8/62fca8bb-ef6f-b33c-cd7d-ad9408d2e344/en08.PNG/1290x2796.png) ## Apps Similar to Pending Tasks - [Agenda: Notes meets Calendar](https://apptail.io/app/agenda-notes-meets-calendar-zCo/philippines) - [Cryptomator: Cloud-Tresor](https://apptail.io/app/cryptomator-cloud-tresor-PEy/philippines) - [Diffchecker](https://apptail.io/app/diffchecker-Fcvb/philippines) - [eWallet - Password Manager](https://apptail.io/app/ewallet-password-manager-tJnd/philippines) - [Check-in Scan](https://apptail.io/app/check-in-scan-MQMh/philippines) - [Digital Document Organizer](https://apptail.io/app/digital-document-organizer-Teom/philippines) - [Podz: Family & Group Organizer](https://apptail.io/app/podz-family-group-organizer-miCm/philippines) - [CodeBrew - IDE for Java](https://apptail.io/app/codebrew-ide-for-java-fXap/philippines) - [Raj Sampark 2.0](https://apptail.io/app/raj-sampark-20-dGnv/philippines) - [ToDo Alarm: Reminder via Alarm](https://apptail.io/app/todo-alarm-reminder-via-alarm-hdGA/philippines) ## Pending Tasks Available In - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/united-arab-emirates) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/angola) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/bulgaria) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/bahrain) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/canada) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/spain) - [Grenada](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/grenada) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/croatia) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/iceland) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/japan) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/kenya) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/kuwait) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/sri-lanka) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/north-macedonia) - [Macao SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/macau) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/netherlands) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/nepal) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/philippines) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/slovakia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/thailand) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/pending-tasks-rdGA/vietnam) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
