### *---- "Super buggy"
App features don’t even wanna load. It just displays the logo and the background on the screen 🤦🏽‍♀️
-- Maweeyah, 2022-10-10

### **--- "The app needs upgrade"
It’s not the first time I’ve encountered problem accessing the app It usually freezes so I need to delete the app and reinstall Or I need to shutdown my iPhone and start the app In the middle of checking the patient status the app freezes Sometime when I’m about to reply using the text box, the app freeze Please take these comments as constructive criticism to ensure the app will be upgraded and/or improved so that it will not waste time of your clients I believe you need to contact the vendor of your app to request for upgrade and do careful testing to ensure bugs and/or app defect would be resolve Please note and value your client’s inputs because user experience is vital to continue the life your app

### ***-- "Really helpful"
App is really helpful so we can virtually schedule pets for any concern. However, i suggest you put edit or delete buttons so we can change names or delete doubled names in the app. Thanks!
