The app has been updated to address a lot of the issues in prior reviews. I gave it a chance and I’m glad I did. I look forward to eating lots of Penn Station moving forward. 😁👍 -- Traviolli, 2025-09-03 ### **--- "Couldn’t claim my point" So I ordered my sub in the store on August 27 and download it the app September 2. . I was told I’d be able to enter my receipt to get points for reward once I installed the app .but once I got the app installed and signed up, it said my receipt was invalid. Totally disappointing. -- Staying Engaged, 2025-09-02 ### *---- "Horrible app" Can’t use rewards at all -- Grape437, 2025-08-30 ### *---- "Doesn’t Even Work" App’s functionality is terrible and can’t even place orders. Please hire someone to fix this because as a loyal customer I’d love to be able to earn points, etc. but every time I go to checkout the app crashes or runs into an error. -- Newbornjordan23, 2025-08-29 ### *---- "Points" Can’t even use the app in the store to earn points. They scan it and you will never get them. Then it has a spot you can put your receipt number to claim points and that doesn’t work either. The only way to earn your points is order online -- Latrice365, 2025-08-25 ### *---- "Doesn’t even work" Can’t even order cold cut sandwiches in the app. Just says you haven’t finished customizing and won’t let you add it to your cart. -- Bran91D, 2025-08-15 ### *---- "App missing major modern features that 99% other food apps have, like requesting sauce side, etc" You can’t request a sauce/dressing be put on the side. So I guess if you don’t eat right away you’re stuck with a soggy sandwich. Some toppings are only available on certain sandwiches. For instance, you cannot add mushrooms to a BLT or a Club, or cannot add oil/vinegar to a pizza sub. There is no nutrition information on the app. Would be nice if I didn’t have to google caloric information but that’s a lot to ask. -- BadSoggySandwich, 2025-08-08 ### ****- "App/Online Ordering" Update 7/27/25) Still no bread choices in app or website. Haven’t ordered a sub in two months. Glad to you came out with an app! Thanks. However, App/Online Ordering does not allow you to choose the type of bread you want! The stores have the variety of breads, but you can’t choose on App/Online Ordering. Big problem. -- jimshu1, 2025-07-27 ### *---- "Horrible" Will not respond to horrible service! They block your account instead! -- Poorest ice, 2025-07-22 [View all Penn Station reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Penn Station Discovered Keywords - penn station east coast subs - pen station - penn station - salad station --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
