Another update and now more tracking
So another update and I’ve realised that the tracking info has now been increased to to allow access to all your contacts, data usage device information etc etc.
you can’t use the app unless you agree and you can’t see or do anything unless you have the app!

Started off as a good company but unless they change tack on this privacy issue I don’t recommend and will be leaving.
There is absolutely no need for the information and access they now are now requiring.

Misleading App
This is a very misleading app, it states you bring together all previous pensions that’s fine! What they don’t say is they want to manage your money from those pensions! It’s misleading and they get 0 stars for this (if it was optional)!
Waste of time
No help if you cannot remember the name of a pension provider from years ago. Not for me this one, waste of time.
Stalkers
First thing that happens is my iphone warns me they are trying to track me. Next i get the stupid ******* cookie warnings cos they dont know how to design proper native iOS apps and have just reused their messy cookie stalker website.
This is evidenced by the fact the ‘how it works’ page gives you a video, then prompts you to sign up, even though u did this already. What a mess.
Personally I love it!
App is simple, clear, u don’t get lost to find things and it’s a plus.
Also since 1 year that I opened an account I already earned 15% on the amount I deposited. Very good for me! I highly recommend it!
Ok service, bad app
The service from pension bee is ok. Good fees, good enough features. The app is really bad though. Navigation is under the safe touch area so hard to use on an iPhone without a home button. Constant errors trying to attach images or documentation when requested. No way to view your personal details like email address and update this in the app. No way to contact support, you have to email them.
Please update it
The app hasn’t had an update in years, it feels broken and neglected please give it some love!
Ap problem
The Ap is so frustrating because if you set it up with an email address and then want to change it no one seems to know how to do it.
Therefore you cannot use it to speak to your beekeeper.
Good service
I like pension bee, I’ve found the service to be really good and I've recommended it to friends and family. I’ve found the app to be more than adequate, it’s relatively straight forward to navigate & easy to understand, not sure what else you need. I have a work pension and use my Pension Bee pension as a top-up.
I would ignore the majority of negative reviews, their negative comments about the app are pretty baseless in my view. I like the fact it’s super easy to access, top-up and just generally play around with. Not sure what else you need!
