When I click on the link in the email, it just tells me ‘for technical reasons we can’t restart your application’ and instructs me to start again, from scratch. Accounts don’t show in an ergonomic way. It’s very hard to navigate the app. It is also EXTREMELY SLOW!!! When sending money between accounts you have to refresh 3 times for it to show. The fact you can only view five at a time, and the others are unable to be seen until you swap them out for others is insane! If you’re reading this and thinking about swapping apps before the cut off date, DON’T. I wish I look on here first and saw the copious amounts of negative reviews saying the same things. The bank hasn’t even attempted to fix or update anything in months. I’m fine with the modern look, but the app is sub-standard for a modern online banking app. It’s not even basic, really basic features are missing - reordering accounts (and I can only turn them completely on or off - if I turn an account off then it doesn’t even show in the all accounts display!), live account balances (you know like updating it after I make a payment!!!) and account info. Had an instance earlier where I was purchasing something in store and first looked at the app and it said there was sufficient funds in my account, but then my transaction declined and it was because the total hadn’t updated from the last purchase I made. In one Osko intra bank transfer, it delayed by 5 mins and balance was also delayed. Just had an external bank transfer to my account where the account balance had changed but the transaction did not show up until I navigated away from the page to do something else and came back again minutes later. The lag creates confusion - and awkward for PayID situations!! There was no lag ever in the old app. Unsure why the old app had more features than the new one - copy paste would have been a good start as that was battle tested already. As others have said, dragging order of accounts, showing available balance in each line, being able to pay from inside an account view (those icons in the bottom right corner were handy!). Making a new payment via pay ID was less taps in the old app - took me a while to find it in this one. Toggle options for dark or light view (dark is a bit fluro). Useful icons next to debit or credit (more quickly readable via colour coding at least - the point of an icon). Now I find I can’t do internet banking via web unless my phone is with me for a login code via the app every time, and it can’t be turned off. This is crazy! What if my phone is lost, broken or stolen? Or just not accessible at the time. I have to login to app banking to view web banking. 2FA via email NEEDS to be an option. I hate that all my access is now down to a phone that can easily be misplaced or broken. Would not listen to me that it was an issue with their system. Never followed up. Just accused me of giving him my password or him stealing it. Even though he did it from his account not mine. I couldnt get them to listen Now i have this terrible app that doesnt update when you move money in or out for up to several hours so it cant even be trusted to give you accurate balances and doesnt show new balances for each transaction like it did before. Nor can i transfer from within an account. And i have to rename my accounts with numbers at the start to order them so my favourites are on the home page If i did not have my home loan with them, this would drive me away from them it is soooo bad So much for the merger not being a problem for the members.
