Die Idee der App ist gut. Leider ist die Tonqualität schlecht egal ob man im heimischen WLAN ist oder unterwegs. 
Bisher habe ich noch keine VoIP App gefunden, wo ich in der gleichen Qualität, wie mit dem DECT Telefon von der CH nach D telefonieren kann.

Ich kenne die App nur als testuser und bin davon weg gekommen, da das UI, entschuldigen sie den Ausdruck, schrecklich designt ist. Leute, Ihr habt ein tolles, soweit ich gehört habe, gut funktionierendes Produkt. Aber es macht keine Freude es tagtäglich zu bedienen. Ich öffne die App nicht, da ich sie wirklich nicht gerne anschaue und offensichtlich keine gestalterischen Kriterien hierfür gelten. Ihr müsst hierfür echt einen Profi engagieren, der sich mit ansprechenden Designs auskennt. Ich hab von vielen Bekannten Berichte über euer Angebot gehört, die sich ähnlich wie ich aus Gründen der Ästhetik gegen euer Produkt entschieden haben. Schade! Wenn ihr einen guten Rat hören wollt, beginnt bereits beim Logo und frischt eure Farben. Danke.

I cannot call mobile Bolivia!!! Skype Credit or Viber Out work without issues but Peoplefone not. I don’t need Peoplefone to call EU or US but instead Asia or South America and it’s exactly these regions that Peoplefone has trouble with!

Mir gefällt die Dienstleistung sowie das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis 👌🏻. 

Qualität und Funktionalität ist auch sehr gut. 

Ein Wunsch 🙏🏻: Es wäre toll, wenn man mindestens 2 verschiedene Linien als Ausgangsnummer ansteuern könnte. Ich besitze mehrere Tf-Nummern -unter den gleichen Kundenkonto-. Leider kann ich in der App aber nur 1 SIP-Zuweisung vornehmen. Der Empfang funktioniert problemlos via App, auch mit verschiedenen Nummern.

... seit ein paar Tagen funktioniert es plötzlich nicht mehr auf meinem iPhone X! Ansonsten ist die App ziemlich cool und bietet die nötigen Features.

### **--- "Encore des améliorations à faire"
L’app s’est améliorée nettement, mais comporte encore des bogues anciens et aussi des nouveaux qui rendent difficile, voire impossible, l’expérience d’utilisation en milieu d’entreprise:

1. Régulièrement, après seulement 2-3 sonneries l’appel est rejeté même si l’utilisateur réagit rapidement.
2. Régulièrement, l’appel ne peut pas être pris même si l’utilisateur réagit rapidement. La sonnerie se poursuit jusqu’à épuisement de la tentative d’appel.
3. Il y a une latence importante entre la prise de l’appel et la réception du son, à tel point que l’appelant boucle spontanément la tentative d’appel en pensant qu’elle n’a pas abouti.
4. Dans un environnement wifi, la réception des appels est davantage perturbée.
5. Dans un environnement Apple CarPlay, les difficultés de réception des appels sont très élevées. La prise des appels est quasiment impossible.
6. Le CarPlay n’est pas implémenté par l’application.

Les tests ont été effectués avec un iPhone disposant d’au moins 50% de l’espace mémoire libre et bénéficiant d’iOS 12.1

En conclusion, l’application marche encore très mal par rapport aux exigences minimum de communication d’une entreprise.

Die App selbst ist intuitiv bedienbar und die Einstellungen logisch und einfach.

Sehr negativ ist die extrem hohe Batterie-nutzung. Mein iPhone7+ hält nur noch einen halben Tag. Laut Batteriestatistik benötigt die App fast 40% der Batterie. Das ist viel zu hoch und muss unbedingt korrigiert werden.

Des weiteren wäre schön, wenn man die Favoriten auch bewegen könnte, um sie zu sortieren.

The SIP account allows you to release your landline phone from the copper wire to your house, this becomes internet-based. With this app you can receive and make ‘home’ calls whenever you are online, and with a Fritz router you can also hook up your existing home phone for SIP phoning. Peoplefone provides great support. Only hitch is that some providers (Orange, France; a Tunisian provider) cannot call you.
