This lasted update made Face ID unusable

Have yet to be able to do a deposit through the app. Instructions for endorsement is different and if it’s not the one for the day, deposit gets rejected. We don’t have issues with our other banks apps. This is the worst of all technology and needs to be reworked by someone who knows tech.

Do not like new update for the app I do not like this stupid nickname part or the Review who ever thought up this mess needs to make better use of their time

This app is absolutely horrible. There seems to be an issue with the app constantly logging the user out (under the veil of “security” probably) and it will remove the saved password and—consequently—the automatic use of Face/Touch ID. I cannot express enough how these issues need to be addressed and fixed. Not only has watching my family struggle with this app turned me off to People’s Bank of East Tennessee, bust it has entirely turned me off to “hometown” style banks.
