Rubbish app
This app is useless. It continually has errors which means the device needs to be forgotten & resetup each log-in. All recommend 'fixes' don't work (or don't work for long)

Recent update has made it so you can only see ‘uncleared transactions’ as a total instead of seperate transactions!! The previous update had ‘uncleared transactions’ as seperate transactions but no name to say where it was from!
They did an update at the bank over a whole weekend no access to the app and when it came back online it had quadrupled my scheduled transfers and can’t amended them or delete them and customer service can’t clear them out so am now paying into accounts I no longer need to!!!! Fix the app and do an update that isn’t 6 months old!!! I have rang 3 times and no one has got back to me and still can’t fix it it’s been over a month
Since latest update, October 2023 I have found it very hard to log on to use app. Too many “unexpected errors”!!!
Improved your app???? Can’t even get on to do anything. Useless.
Somehow the app got worse with the last x2 updates that lasted a whole weekend. Now my uncleared transactions have no details other than date and amount, it doesn’t even list the description/company that has debited my money. And yes I reinstalled the app and still have this issue.
People’s Choice revamped internet banking over the weekend just gone (13 - 15 October 2023) and now it is intolerably slow to use. The circle just keeps spinning…. 😴 Please fix it. Hang on, how many times have I said this already? Considering how dreadful their in-person service is these days and that their phone service is now provided offshore by people who don’t even have the training to handle queries and always need to escalate… AND that I can’t get my business statement through the post until the month is nearly up because it’s not even prepared by mid-month… I’ve got my shoes on ready to run away.
The worst app I have on my phone. Constantly says ‘unknown error occurred’ and won’t let me log into my online bank for days, leaving me with no access to my money at all since I have it all in a separate account. Have been wanting to change banks for a long time and now I have finally had enough. Don’t waste your time with this app and this bank.
I’ve updated this app multiple times, deleted and re-downloaded and I still can’t login it’s very frustrating when you have to rush to get to the website on safari and log in all your details
Every night, without fail, the app does. I work overnight and constantly around 11:30pm to 1-2am the app refuses to allow me to transfer money anywhere.
