Like the app but it’s doesn’t notify you when you make transactions or deposits,or when you get money taken out the new widget feature is broken can’t even see the balance , please please fix and it would be perfect please can you fix

I’ve kept a small account at People’s for years … but kept my primary account at another bank that acquired the bank that acquired a long succession of others in the Springfield area. Today, the clerk that assisted me explained the benefits of People’s new “High Yield Savings Account” … I really appreciated her suggestion. Why deal with any other bank that have less convenience, fewer branches and indifferent staff? I closed my other accounts and consolidated everything with People’s … they are absolutely the BEST

I likes the previous software much better than the updated version .. it harder to navigate around and find it frustrating

Ever since the last update it’s terrible I have to log in a million different times and the transactions don’t pop up it gives you an error message and you have to start all over again .

The app itself works great. But is it necessary to ask me security questions the majority of times I log in? I thought the purpose of that was to ask occasionally as certainly we want our information protected but not to the extent that it becomes an inconvenience.

Been a customer for years very happy convenient

I’m finding the new online banking system very frustrating! I have bills that have gone unpaid ( now up to date, fingers crossed) Yes, I have been to my local branch for help. They called corporate for answers. My biggest problem has been with ebills, which was standard for years! I’m now to understand they no longer exist, not sure the reason. I’m moderately tech savvy, I’m more than frustrated. Please resend clarification for online banking.

I have never had more trouble than w this app. It’s not efficient nor user friendly
