Enjoy delivery or collection services from our stores nationwide. Some of our stores only offer collection but the food is delicious no matter the route you take to buy it. The Pepe’s App is easy to use, it shows the product you want to buy and offers suggested accompaniments to your order. You can make your order a meal and save money by doing so.

Using this app is convenient, but they charge 99p per order for a service fee and you get no better service.

So apparently you can select a collection time as asap and not get charged this fee, but then you are unsure when it is ready and have to wait around. Not sure paying 99p is worth the wait. Shame the food is good, but this experience of waiting ages for the food is a disappointment

Almost every item is more expensive than in-store for collection and then you ALSO get charged a service fee. ADDITIONALLY the loyalty stamps don’t always register, so you’re getting not just zero benefit but your paying for the privilege of using the app. I’m sorry but I might as-well give my money to Wikipedia than pay these scam app developers. Shame on this chain for exploiting (not rewarding) loyalty.

I was in the store and saw 10% off if i order through the app. I downloaded it then after realised that they charge a 99p service fee, regardless of whether its delivery or collection. Disgusting. I ended up paying 6p more for no reason. Very sneaky practice, don’t download the app.
