Always whenever i try to order from app they are unable to accept my order!

Error is “Stripe connect account required” so app is currently unusable.

Could do with options for the burgers if you want sauce or salad? As comments don’t always get read

I have ordered food last week through this app. It worked. This week payment is not processing. Location is high street in Dudley.

This app is decent especially after the update but there is a bug or a mistake which means when ordering a meal I cannot change the spice level and have to leave a note instead.

Wrong information ..Please remove the 15% offer add from your window

Just ordered a meal that cost £18 on the app and would’ve cost £13 if I had just ordered in store and waited. Prices don’t match at all. Branch couldn’t explain why the costs were more on the app. Useless.

They add extra “Service Charge” at end just to use App even when you choose to collect!!!

Out of date and broken. And the website is worse

Told me my card details were incorrect, proceeded to take the money from my account and I didn’t get my food. Useless app and even worse customer service.
