Terrible customer service / business pracricwE
I loathe companies that sign you up for unto renew and only tell you in the fine print. I REALLY loathe them when they refuse to refund you when you request a refund the same day you are charged. This company checks both boxes. To me, that’s an indication that a substantial portion of this company’s revenues is from people who don’t use the product.
Dont buy … there are much better products with better customer service / business policies out there.
Scam alert!
This company is a SCAM and they will take your money even if you’re not using it. I tried to contact them and they still charged me despite me not wanting to renew.
Paid for it never received my plan. Robbed me of my money
Paid but no plan ever sent. I can’t have someone just take my money. I don’t have anything to just get taken for nothing.

The shopping list was easy to find and follow. The recipes could be written a little clearer, but I did try almost everything that was listed and they do have a change option. The Mediterranean food plan runs on the very savory side which for me personally was fine except for the breakfast, I had a hard time digesting some of the menu items and even felt uncomfortable after eating them when it came time to break my fast. The app also only allows steps for exercise logging unless you purchase the fitness plan, so the fact that I swim 1 hour a day 6 days a week was not factored into my app. I am probably not going to renew my subscription as I don’t feel like this app and plan meet the expectations I had for my nutrition and fitness program. I think I only continued on because of the fact I spent 15 minutes tapping no thank you to the 100 offers that pop up before the end.
Scam! Can’t get into app
On a whim signed up through an ad and now the app won’t even let me in after I went through everything and created a login. This is ridiculous. Credit me now— otherwise I will dispute the charges.
Sham
I signed up for perfect body and had trouble using it. I wrote to them and asked for help didn’t get a response. I wasn’t able to use the app at all a week later they charged my card with another amount. When I wrote to them they said we’ll cancel your subscription but will not refund your $30.99. This is dishonest and don’t trust this app. Not user friendly in any way!
Horrible customer service
I had the worst experience w/customer service ever! I have not had the app on my phone for even one month and I was charged. I also did not use the app as planned and kindly requested a refund. It was denied. I normally do not leave reviews; but this was a horrible experience and the email I received from customer service rude. App not recommended.
SCAM!!!
Do NOT do this!! This is 100% a scam. They will send you pdf files and not back their guarantee. Then will continue to charge your card. If you delete the app and account they will say “all information” is gone and can’t refund you. This app and site is a joke.
False advertising
You have to buy the workout plan separately then the meal plan. NOT WORTH IT.
Many up charges Poor App
Buyer beware, this is not the same app that the ads show you for the price points mentioned. By the time you’re done with ad ons you are spending double or triple the price. Find something elsewhere.
