Won’t display past first 12 kegs and also will not allow filters to be applied when looking for kegs

Hi guys. App is v good however the standby function is buggy and hasn’t been working for a while now. Fix would be great.

All working ok until I tried to use the app to use my beer tokens in store and the app just kept buffering. Needless to say my 22 mile round trip to my nearest keg stockist was a complete waste of time. Hopefully app fixed in this new update

When switching between displaying litres, pints, glasses or Fl.Oz remaining, only litres displays the beer ‘level’ background correctly for what’s remaining in the keg. Orders from the website are not populated in the app Latest Orders. When selecting Beer Token history in the Hub, the page presented does not tally with the beer tokens shown on the home page of the app, making purchasing with beer tokens via the app unworkable. Could be a great app if these annoying bugs are sorted out. At the moment, it’s only useful for changing the temp on the PD Pro and tracking how long your keg has been tapped.

As the title says app is really good. Give you all the info you need especially if you have the pro version of the machine. Love the way you can see how much beer is in the machine and the total control of of temperature. Easily order from the app, organise a return of kegs (get a nice £5 voucher for each keg), keep track of your ordered etc. what would be really cool is if you built a Apple Watch complication so you can easily see the temperature and change it if needed and also how much is left in the keg. Make it happen!!!

Girlfriend bought me a machine in march 2024 opened the box to find a £35 off kegs voucher , upon trying to order a few kegs and add the voucher it wouldn’t work after a month of emails they then said the voucher expired 31/12/24 , then tried to order online with a 20% off code and it said this code is only available on the app so downloaded the app filled in the details an put the code in and it said invalid code for godsake I give up with this , point is perfect draft failed to honour their vouchers

Lots of bugs, same issues with website as with app, Eg sorting by price or user reviews has no effect, some items don’t add to basket etc, sort it out, get a test team!

Used the app to order my kegs and I got told my kegs will arrive on 29th of April but they arrived 3 days earlier which was a bonus. Happy customer 👍🏻👍🏻

Order all wrong on first order and app is so low and laggy it’s almost not useable!

After buying the perfect draught machine 3 yrs ago -I was very much pleased with it - but since changing to the pro machine -it’s in a different league all together- works very well and the new app is brill-you connect your phone to the machine and control the temp-order more luvlee beer-easy to use -oops have to go /my phone has just told me my new keg is @3 degrees lol
