Where do you start? This program provides some generalization for you to get started by following along with the videos. However, try to reach out and get further guidance or ask questions, there is limited to no help provided. Responses are delayed with no follow up. There are better apps in the market place that offer a comprehensive package. If you are looking for how to master form and build strength, this can help.
