## Pergolux Reviews in United States

### **--- "FIX YOUR APP - Great Pergola"
What are you thinking? My beautiful pergola can withstand hurricane force winds but I can’t even create an account on your broken app? I need to set schedules, link it with other smart devices (as promised for the matter version I upgraded to) and figure out how to auto close for rain. These are basic functions I paid extra for, you should be ashamed of yourselves for selling features that you know don’t work. FIX YOUR APP and allow your fans that enjoy your product stop hating you for something you have the ability to correct if you made it a priority. Poor leadership at some level in this company.
-- brau9679, 2025-12-05

### *---- "App does NOT work"
They changed the ratings. Several people have complained that the app simply does NOT work
-- Carrot Patch, 2025-11-11

### ***** "Beautiful & Solid"
After getting our pergola installed, I was very pleased with beautiful and solid our PERGOLUX Skydance S3 was. We got it in just in time for winter, so I am excited to see how it handles the weight of the snow we get here in the mountains.
-- BAC74, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Latest version is terrible"
The app was great until the latest version. Now you can’t open or close the louvers without a hundred micro adjustments. The led light intensity also does not work. We are having to use the manual remote instead.
-- darthbader, 2025-10-10

### *---- "Great pergola terrible controls !"
After spending almost $20k you would think that I could open and close the pergola when I would like or need to. The app works about 20% of the time
-- voicefan musicfan, 2025-10-04

### ***** "Decent"
Works
-- G20 Bimmer, 2025-10-01

### ***** "Updated App revamped!!"
I love how Pergolux has updated their app since the S3! Manuals and videos are easy to find and view for building my pergola!!
-- Veryslowtutrle, 2025-09-26

### ***** "Useless"
I couldn’t agree more with the other reviews. Spent a ton of money on the pergolux which is amazing but you can’t use the app and the remote is from 1992. It wouldn’t let me make an account and it will never connect. Amazing pergola, absolutely horrible instructions and terrible remote.
-- Coppola779, 2025-09-24

### *---- "App is useless. Would not have purchased if I knew"
Terrible app. Doesn’t work at all. Can’t log in or register. Can’t pair. Totally useless. Don’t buy a Pergolux until they fix this.
-- landstuhl, 2025-09-19

### *---- "Terrible instructions"
By far the worst
-- Srsly mad, 2025-09-19
