## Perifit Care Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good for strengthening pelvic floor"
Perifit can be used in privacy of your own home. Tracks your progress so you know/reassured things are improving. The games associated with training keep your attention and make it entertaining.
Wasn’t too expensive either
Good purchase.
Also will be starting pelvic floor PT. Too young to have my pelvic floor feeling weak, leaking urine, and feel like I have to urinate all the time!
-- jrhlthy19, 2025-01-12

### ***** "Great product"
Fun, user friendly, and I’ve seen great improvement in my pelvic floor strength
-- BigSha7, 2025-01-11

### ***** "Best decision ever"
I was suffering from leaking for about 6 years. For example every time I sneeze, cough or do jumping jacks I was loosing urine. So, after doing some research I decided to tried Perifit and it was the best decision ever. I start noticing improvement after 3 weeks. I trained 3 times a week for about 8 mins. I have so many positives things to say right now about Perifit. I am so happy now and can even dance and laugh without worry of loosing urine.
-- YJBE, 2025-01-10

### ***** "It works!"
As a runner I have experienced leakage and this really helps! Thanks Perifit!
-- Michelkemybelle2005, 2025-01-10

### ***** "Turning Chores into Fun"
I've struggled with Kegel exercises for years because they always felt like a chore. This app changed that completely! It gamifies the exercises with fun challenges like the Olympic race and the flying bird. Instead of just squeezing, you need precision to catch the balls, making it both fun and effective. Now, Kegel exercises feel like an enjoyable game.
-- JuliaF555, 2025-01-09

### ***** "This stops bladder leaks"
It stops leaks and it’s also so much fun! Brilliant!
-- Kudvam, 2025-01-08

### ***** "Best decision I’ve made"
I had been suffering from overnight urgency for years that had gotten much worse and had begun to affect me during the day as well. This started when I was still quite young after having my children. I was encouraged to go on medication but was reluctant because I tend to react badly to meds.
After changing doctors, my new primary suggested pelvic floor training exercises. She referred me to a urology physical therapist who recommended Perifit. I had never heard of such a device, or knew of its existence. I started using it and within a month I started seeing significant results. After six months, I would say it’s been LIFE CHANGING!
I truly wish that I had known about this treatment option sooner. It would have saved me years of struggling.
Highly recommend!!!
Great job Perifit!! Advertise more. Get the word out. Educate women. Not enough information is available to us. This kind of solution should be mainstream information.
-- Mrs Chor, 2025-01-08

### ***** "Recommend"
Love this! Helps my pelvic floor so much. No more peeing when I sneeze
-- Major049, 2025-01-08

### ***-- "Good purchase"
If you are considering this purchase, buy it! The app gives you step by step instructions and sends you reminder notifications to help you stay on track. Plus it has a supportive community and great resources.
-- Liz0701, 2025-01-08

### ***** "Simple and engaging exercises"
This device and app makes pelvic floor exercises enjoyable and easy. The app provides a lot of education and fun gamification.
