## Perioply Description
Perioply is a perioperative communication platform that connects operating room staff, schedulers, surgeons, and their office staff. 

- Perioply enables operating rooms to broadcast their availability to every surgeon and their office staff within a minute’s notice, regardless of how much and which technology they use in their practice.



- Perioply gives every surgeon's practice the ability to keep operating room staff aware of their needs and preferences for OR time in real time.



- Knowledge is power! Giving operating rooms the knowledge of surgeons’ needs and preferences enables them to fill up unused OR time, which results in increased surgeon satisfaction, increased revenues, and most importantly, increased patient satisfaction!



- Having everyone on a single platform even allows providers to release or request blocks directly to and from each other, while keeping OR and office staff in the loop!

- Complete control over who can see the posting.

- Postings can be for an individual surgeon, group of surgeons, service line, or everyone.

- Postings can also be customized in multiple ways to achieve desired results.

- Expiration date can be set so the posting automatically expires after a set number of days.

Post OR Need

- We help you build a network of hospitals and their staff who can be easily reached when a need for OR arises.

- Instead of just wondering whether an OR is available on a specific date and time at one of the hospitals and then finding a staff member to call everyone, let Perioply do the work for you.

- Request can be sent from a phone or computer with just a few clicks by surgeons or their office staff.


Release Blocks

- ORs can request a surgeon to release a specific block. That request is also received by the surgeon's office staff.

- Surgeons or office staff can notify the OR of a specific block they want to release.

- Surgeons or office staff can release a block directly to another surgeon.


Request Blocks

- If you know a block belongs to another surgeon, Perioply allows you to professionally and privately request that block directly from the surgeon. Once the block is released to you, OR staff is automatically notified.

- You can also request block release from multiple providers at the same time.
