If that's your internal criteria or game , you should be ashamed. I'm done with you; I'll never trust Fibe again.

I had taken loan last year for which the payments were made and file was closed but my cibil has not been marked as closed even after making the payments. My file was not closed due to which it has shown an impact to my credit score. Kindly make the changes accordingly. There’s no option to contact the customer support as well which is not helpful at all to the customers.

If you are planning to take personal loan from them,please don’t take ,as if any one emi bounced they will make your life hell with messages and calls and for my case my last emi i have paid from their collection team told for wave off of bounce charges ,but when called the customer they said it can’t be done …Beware …
