## Personal Trainer Description
GREX is your no-excuses personal trainer. Tell it your goals once — it builds your workout plan, coaches you through every session, and gets smarter as you get stronger.

NO PLANNING REQUIRED

Every day you open the app, your workout is already built. Gym or home, heavy or light, 3 days a week or 6 — GREX adapts to your life, not the other way around.

ALEX, YOUR COACH
Got a question? Ask Alex. How to warm up for chest day. Whether to use dumbbells or the cable machine. What to eat after a hard session. Alex gives you real answers instantly — no scrolling Reddit, no waiting for a response.

TRACK YOUR STRENGTH
Every workout is logged automatically. Watch your lifts go up week over week. GREX tracks your personal records, streak, and total workouts so you always know how far you've come.

SWAP IN ONE TAP
Stuck at home? No equipment? Hit the swap button and GREX rebuilds your workout on the spot using what you have available. No excuses.

BUILT FOR REAL PEOPLE
Whether you're just starting out or you've been training for years, GREX meets you where you are. Set your experience level, your equipment, and your schedule — the app does the rest.
