## Pert Description
Pert is a smart Wi-Fi enabled device that lets you control your lights and electronic devices from your smartphone, anywhere, anytime.

With the touch of one button you can turn off every light/Fan in your home, Dim each light, schedule the lights and monitor power usage for each outlet

The Pert App communicates via W-Fi or 3G to keep you connected while at home, at the office or anywhere in the world. The Pert App talks directly to your Pert device installed inside the Switch Board.

You can create Groups like home, office and sub groups like kitchen, bedroom and conference room with pert. Add most used switches into one group and you can control all on them on a single dashboard.

Pert is incredibly secure and it requires two level authentication to gain access. On the first level, you have to enter the Wifi - Password to configure pert and on the second level, you have to enter the password you created to control switches.

Note :-
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

## Pert Reviews in India

### *---- "Worst Quality"
Worst Quality, Won’t last for more than a year. They are not at all responsive and service is very poor. They are purely money extracting.
-- YSinhaSingam, 2024-10-02

### ****- "Needs updating"
Needs a watch app addition and more features, products are good but the app is so outdated.
-- B.Rash, 2021-04-27

### ****- "Genuine request to update pert app"
App need to be update, other competitor’s app has more feature, smart look and more responsive, no updates from last one year even there are no child lock feature which is very common in other app..
-- krunal3501, 2020-03-16

### ***** "WiFi enabled smart home"
We automated our lights and fans. Good part was the installation was quick and easy. Team installed the products and help me setup rules and schedules. App interface is simple and easy to understand
-- Deepak_Goyal1981, 2020-02-21

### ***** "Simple UI"
I have been using this app since last 2 years. It is easy to use and helpful to manage my home and my appliances
-- Arun Cheela, 2020-02-21

### *---- "13.1.2 not supported"
App doesn’t work on iPhone 13.1.2:::
Can you help resolve quickly yo fix the bugs???
-- reddy pradeep, 2019-10-25

### *---- "Faulty product and pathetic service."
I used their solution at my home which was good for few days but after that all pert devices started malfunctioning and nothing is working now. I tried to call engg who installed devices but he did not pick call and even no one responded from customer care. There is bug in their app also whenever I try to give feedback app’s collapse.

Really sorry to say you have pathetic service.
-- Sunny GZB, 2019-10-19

### *---- "Super Glitchy"
A very good product which is being overshadowed by the heavily glitchy app. Devices randomly disappear or just do not respond. Routines don’t work most of the times and support refuses to understand the issues. App needs a complete overhaul urgently!
-- VanditaT, 2019-01-26

### *---- "App with glitches and hardware with faults"
Had taken 8 devices , 4 developed problem. Fan regulation doesn't work either speed is at 20 % or 100 % . Had given 4 devices for replacement but even after 1.5 month haven't received back . App hangs a lot , and to add to pain the hardware also hangs and has to be reset by switching off and on house mains ..could have Been a great product but quality, service and bugs destroyed it
-- Darshan G Patil, 2018-02-14

### ****- "Works well"
The Interface is good. Easy to use. Would love to see it on Apple Home app.
