## Perth Airport App Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Not Good App & I Like Old App Better"
Not good app because I don’t like to sign up and I like the old app better because when my carers say they’re going on a plane when I ask them which plane so I know what to look for like in the app to know which plane to watch go over my house and sometimes when I have aunties and uncles come over from Adelaide. My friends and I like the old app better
-- Looking At Fitbit, 2025-08-23

### **--- "Tech issues"
Keeps coming up with tech issues and doesn’t jump to the payment screen. Please fix.
-- NoTA1277, 2025-08-21

### **--- "confusing"
old app was perfect for uber drivers to check flights this one is very confusing
-- Tashu004, 2025-08-19

### **--- "Parking payment never works"
Decent app, but payment options for parking never work
-- Kyall18, 2025-08-18

### *---- "Unusable"
Unable to book parking due to payment process issues, literally only reason I use the app
-- Tj244046, 2025-08-14

### *---- "Can’t make up its mind"
First, would be good to have on the old app that it is no longer usable and that you need to download the new app, Instead of it just pretend to load!!

Then I try to login, but forgotten password, reset it and it says that my password reset link has expired - even though it had only been a minute.
-- Kaydee892, 2025-08-13

### ***-- "Parking locator"
Nice app, but please bring back the parking location. I used it all the time.
-- cranky!!!!!!, 2025-08-05

### **--- "Hard to Read Terminal Info"
The new Perth Airport app is not easy to use. It’s very hard to find which terminal (like T1, T2) a flight is using because the terminal letters are shown in very small text. In the old app, they were bold and easy to see. This makes checking flight info frustrating, especially when you’re in a rush. Please make the terminal info more visible like before.
-- UmarshahzadCheema, 2025-08-04

### ***-- "Parking woes"
Why has the lock parking feature disappeared.
Used to be able to lock your location where you parked, making finding your car so easy.
Not available in this update. ??
-- Parking inspector, 2025-07-18

### ***-- "Easy to use, hard to pay"
Downloaded because I use Perth airport parking often. Logged in, tried to book, but couldn’t pay. Kept getting a “please try again later”, no mention of my payment method being unsuitable (Apple Pay). The error message suggests the system is down, not that my payment method was unsupported.
Would have used my card but I decided it was quicker to use my internet browser as I have in the past. I removed the app to save space on my phone, will try to use it again next time.
