I love them product and service, but I got post problem with them. I lost my post once, and when I check deliver picture, even it was during delivery, it was open one side. So they send me again, and at the sametime, I saw one of my neighbor post that from pet circle, that also one side open of the box. I really wish them to fix this problem. cat and dog food it not very cheep, so if they could see inside and if it is same food with their pet food, I could have mind to stole it. Please please double taping please please please. if next time it happen again, I would not use here.
Not a good app
Ordered through the app twice and both times when processing the payment items I choose were removed. I won’t be using the app again just sticking to the web page:(
Nice first iteration but lots of room for improvement
I LOVE petcircle - but the app has a lot of limited functionality. I don’t purchase anything without reading the reviews first - it’s one of my favourite things about the PetCircle website. The app lacks the functionality to read any reviews on any items - you can only see the star rating & how many customers have reviewed the product.
I do love the store credit now being auto applied to your checkout though - saves a heap of time speaking with the lovely customer service team.
It’s improving
Don’t get me wrong, Pet Circle are great and all interactions I’ve had with their vets and customer service team have been wonderful. But this app doesn’t reflect that. I am unable to manage auto deliveries within the app. Getting more details about a product or to read reviews takes it online. I see they are trying to improve it, and I hope it becomes more functional.

Ive never had a problem with Pet Circle always get my order and it comes on time when look into the tracking!!
My cats are happy with Pet Circle food they never go hungry comes on time for them.😻
Remove item function doesn’t work
Downloaded app, used it for 5 minutes, and will delete it now and go back to the website because it is not possible to edit Auto-deliveries. The remove item function doesn’t work. The move item to another Auto-delivery doesn’t seem to work. It is not possible to change the number of items to zero. The bin icon does nothing.
Missing features
The app looks great but not as developed as the website. I downloaded it to track my order but it wasn’t updated as often as the web. I also noticed you can’t view your wish list.
Over priced delivery fees
$20 to deliver to Darwin cmon seriously, talk about price gauging. Spear me your excuses, app deleted.
Disappointed
Was pleased to see pet circle had an app. Unforuntatly it doesn’t have the same filtering capabilities as the website. So when I search for what I want I get too many results. I’m going back to the website. Hopefully they’ll upgrade in the future.
It’s okay
It’s a good app, so far it’s worked smoothly no problems.
However it’s a bit inconvenient that there is no Wishlist.
