## Pet Passport Description
IMPORTANT - this app requires a connection with your veterinary clinic. If you can’t find your clinic in the search results during setup, it means they are not currently participating in the program and you will be unable to access the intended functionality ***

The Pet Health Passport makes it easy to capture and store important healthcare records that can help improve your pet’s wellbeing. It features handy reminders and vaccination certificates that you can email directly to your pet’s boarding facility. You can also keep track of medication administration and parasite treatments. The Pet Health Passport also provides a handy reference library of healthcare information for some of the more common medical conditions for cats and dogs. You can even share a pet’s record with multiple people in your household and any changes will automatically synchronise to each device.^

- Supports multiple pets
- Create video and photo records that you can show your vet
- Transfer a pet’s record to a new owner or carer

The Pet Health Passport lets you take control of all your pets’ healthcare records in one handy app, from puppy or kitten right through to their senior years.

## Pet Passport Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Utter garbage"
Can’t login across multiple devices. Hateful UI.
-- Don Aldd Uck, 2025-09-10

### *---- "App doesn’t open"
This app was good when it worked. But it doesn’t work anymore. Freezes on the opening screen, thinking.
-- Tom Gillman, 2025-08-30

### *---- "No longer opens"
This app is still sending me reminders but it will no longer open to add new vaccinations etc.
-- sweetondean, 2025-08-26

### ****- "Help"
The app was great. I had both my dog’s information logged. But now the app won’t open. Very frustrating. If you can help that would be great.
-- Hogan family, 2025-08-17

### ***-- "Was good when it was working"
It was great to have a digital record of my dog’s vaccinations etc. at my fingertips and shareable.
However despite my being up to date and on an up to date iPhone, the app no longer opens.
I’ve followed the App Support link but the website does not recognise Pet Passport as a search term.
The site given in response to a previous review doesn’t exist - the URL is incomplete.
Any assistance would be much appreciated as this is such a potentially useful app.
Thank you

### *---- "App no longer opens"
For some reason the app just won’t load. Phone and app are up to date, but it just stays on the initial screen 🧐
-- Nipee19, 2025-07-19

### ****- "Access can’t be optional..!"
I have used this App avidly and thoroughly appreciated everything that it offers consistently… until the last month when I simply cannot get in! My iPhone is up to date, the App is updated itself but all I get is…🔄! Help!
-- Halftime Records, 2025-05-05

### *---- "Useless without Vet signup"
Looks like a useful app. Shame it can’t be used if your Vet is not signed up to the service.
-- Scabbaman, 2024-08-26

### *---- "No option to delete a pet record"
After selecting my vet clinic for my cats and the pets attending that clinic I then added other pets who attend different clinic (dogs). Then discovered you can’t add more than one clinic. This is not realistic.

Then I discovered I cannot delete a pets record. I checked FAQ which states there is an option to delete but they must have hidden it because I cannot find it as described. Super annoying.

### *---- "It used to work :("
It worked well in 2023. I went to install it on a new phone and it kept telling me my phone number was not recognised. Went to set up a new account, said my phone number was already in use. Reset my login, and now the app just won’t open :/
