## PetCloud Reviews in Australia

### *---- "App with bugs"
Can’t even registered
-- ARia ft jgffgjfhh, 2024-10-02

### *---- "Doesn’t work! Rubbish"
Can’t sign up at all
-- Rafa.lobo, 2024-09-18

### ****- "Good app, but buggy with time selection"
Good all but a bit buggy selecting start and end times when requesting sitters
-- L1245&6, 2024-04-20

### ***** "Peace of mind!"
Quality platform and service that connects Pet Owners to police checked and insured and trained Pet Sitters
-- webfra*, 2024-03-22

### *---- "Unreliable payouts"
Payout for completed pet sitting job appears in PetCloud wallet but transferring from PetCloud to bank account is impossible, only gives an error “insufficient funds in Stripe account”. Sometimes emailing Accounts gets prompt action, other times multiple emails over weeks go unanswered. Still waiting for my money from my latest job. 11 days and counting with no response from PetCloud.
-- Prrrbt, 2024-01-24

### *---- "Nothing currently working!"
I signed up yesterday, completed the training which took hours, paid for and completed police check, updated my profile. All of today the app hasn’t loading anything, only a blank screen and the website shows as ‘can’t be reached’. I hope this is fixed otherwise money has gone down the drain!! 😭
-- Daisy H—-, 2023-12-20

### *---- "Bad usability - Don’t recommend"
Really bad at filtering for sitters. I say I have a cat, and it shows me sitters that only mind dogs. What’s the point of collecting this data from both parties if it’s not used to show you relevant search results.
-- user139603@362, 2023-12-04

### ***** "Happy little Westie"
I can’t speak highly enough of the pet sitter I found for my Westie. PetCloud made the process easy and I love the fact that I am also supporting a local Aussie business! Recommend to everyone. 🐶
-- Sarah from Brissy, 2023-12-01

### *---- "Awful"
Not user friendly in the slightest, the website is super slow, won't save my completed course and the app won't allow you to make/save any changes
-- Jenn 🙃, 2023-09-13

### *---- "App doesn’t function"
I can’t even get past the sign up page… I’ve entered all my details but everytime I click save & next, nothing happens. Don’t waste your time downloading!
