Had this happen 10 times so far everything I pick out is unavailable. I gave up and logged out will just order from chewy or go to Walmart. Seems the only way I’m going to get what my pets need because I have a feeling if I visit any of the Petcos in my area the item will be unavailable. Same thing with the coupon applied them and then they are invalid or there’s always a problem or error. App gets one star for being straight out garbage -- SnowdragonEX1988, 2025-07-14 ### *---- "App" The app needs to be updated it’s so slow takes forever to place an order and allot of time you have to close out and start over -- Doggo!@!, 2025-07-14 ### ***-- "Clunky experience" I love that I can order for pickup or delivery from my phone. The ‘continue shopping’ mobile experience needs some attention. -- DogsRuleTheWorld!!!, 2025-07-13 ### *---- "App" Your app is terrible. -- gangstaballag, 2025-07-13 ### ***** "Fish guy" Staff is always so friendly! -- discerning 7771, 2025-07-13 ### ***** "Way better than petsmart" For years, I shopped at petsmart, because they had more options for my dogs, but now I have aquatic pets. I’ve never been so disappointed in a store. Petco has been my go to. Petsmart has had nothing in stock, and all of the fish I’ve gone after have been dead, or dying. Petco is also knowledgeable, friendly, and price-matches their app. -- I axolotl betta questions, 2025-07-13 ### *---- "The worst app" Deleted the wrong power and canceled the future appointment without me knowing. I have been trying to update all the profile to no avail. Scheduling grooming appointment on this app is impossible because it does not save anything. I have to go to the store to schedule an appointment. Petsmart app is way better and user friendly. -- moBuying, 2025-07-12 ### ***-- "Good vendor, glitchy app" I like purchasing pet products from Petco, but I wish their app were more reliable. The app couldn’t call my stored password, and I had to paste it in manually to login. It tried to create a pass key, but failed on two attempts. The checkout button disappeared when I tried to apply a promo code to my purchase, and I had to back out of the checkout part of the app and try again. -- Common Rob, 2025-07-12 ### ***** "Great Pet Store" Great Selection of products and outstanding customer service! -- JerBearTravis, 2025-07-12 ### *---- "Slowest App" I can not believe that a big box big money franchise nationwide store like PETCO has such a bad app. Usability is sub par. The SPEED? This is embarassing. And yes I exited the app and tested my browser, social media, and your competition's app - it's literally only PETCOs slow app. Upgrade your servers -- BriMa25, 2025-07-07 [View all Petco reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Petco Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Shopping | #93 | ## Petco Discovered Keywords - shopping - r - petco - puppy id ## Apps Similar to Petco - [BARK - BarkBox, Super Chewer](https://apptail.io/app/bark-barkbox-super-chewer-fFN/united-states) - [BoxLunch: Pop Culture Gifts](https://apptail.io/app/boxlunch-pop-culture-gifts-EJN/united-states) - [Ashley - Furniture & Décor](https://apptail.io/app/ashley-furniture-decor-jPO/united-states) - [At Home Stores](https://apptail.io/app/at-home-stores-aWO/united-states) - [Michaels Stores](https://apptail.io/app/michaels-stores-jhR/united-states) - [Office Depot - Rewards & Deals](https://apptail.io/app/office-depot-rewards-deals-nPcb/united-states) - [SALLY BEAUTY](https://apptail.io/app/sally-beauty-Jpeb/united-states) - [Tractor Supply](https://apptail.io/app/tractor-supply-BHtb/united-states) - [Chewy - Pet Care & Pharmacy](https://apptail.io/app/chewy-pet-care-pharmacy-EmVd/united-states) - [PetSmart](https://apptail.io/app/petsmart-FmVd/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
