This is what happens when corporations buy out vet offices and try to “streamline” things with clunky processes. I don’t know if the vet offices need more education about how to work with it or if the app itself is just poorly thought out. Like the whole purpose of the app is to house pet and vet information but it relies entirely upon the pet owner to enter it, completely defeating the purpose. And the appointment feature only has a couple of options with no ability to add notes for the provider? Like what is this? How is this at all useful? -- Jes858585, 2025-01-03 ### ***** "Easy Breezy" Lemon squeezy -- Mylabissofunnywerenthimout, 2025-01-02 ### ***** "Very convenient and well welcomed" The text message alerts and emails are exceptional. It’s very convenient to tap on the date to add to my calendar and to set reminders. It also saves a phone call to my veterinarian to confirm my appointment. Very good! -- B8ZS, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Portal" Great to keep track of appointments & medication given to the dogs -- huskyslady, 2024-12-27 ### ***** "Easy and convenient" We love using the app! It's easy and convenient and making appointments on line is wonderful -- joshs mom, 2024-12-15 ### ***** "Thank you!" Oceanview is the absolute best veterinarian clinic I have ever encountered. They love my fur littles! They are extremely responsive and communicate well; PetDesk makes this so much easier for us both! It also send me reminders which are fantastic! Honestly I wish our pediatrician managed our records and communication this way. Oceanview & PetDesk make being a busy mom SO much easier! Thank you! -- A Dennig, 2024-12-15 ### ****- "Pet desk service" It’s very convenient for Us with Zeus! -- Zeusy B, 2024-12-13 ### ***-- "Awesome app" Thank you fir this . Helps me remember the age -- caryn762003, 2024-12-13 ### ***** "Great App!" It’s super easy to make an appointment online without the hassle of waiting on the phone for someone to pick up! I haven’t had any issue on the user end! -- Masterface, 2024-12-12 ### ***-- "Stuck in Portrait Mode on ipad" Impossible to use keyboard when the orientation of the app screen is perpendicular to the keyboard on my ipad. The email function does not allow seeing what is being typed either. This is pretty lame, and needs to be fixed. -- DoctorObviousPrime, 2024-12-09 [View all PetDesk reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## PetDesk Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Lifestyle | #77 | | Top Free | Canada | Lifestyle | #157 | ## PetDesk Discovered Keywords - loyalt - vet - veterinary handbook - veterinary - cat caring - online vet - happi health - desking - spotpet - dog vet ## PetDesk Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/petdesk-mqTc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/petdesk-mqTc/canada) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/petdesk-mqTc/mexico) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
