## Peter's of Kensington Description
We first opened our doors in 1977. Back then, we were a small gift shop amongst many other stores on Eastern Sydney's leafy Anzac Parade. But as word spread, the store grew, and we moved across the road into our current home, formerly an old cinema.

Now, more than thirty years on, Peter's of Kensington has become a Sydney institution.

Peter's of Kensington remains what it always has been – a family owned and operated, Australian company.

For decades, Peter's of Kensington remained Sydney's best-kept secret. In the year 2000, all that changed, with the launch of our website.

These days, thousands of people all over Australia visit our famous big pink building in Kensington without even leaving their homes. What makes us different? We stock all the biggest brands in homewares, kitchenware, dinnerware and more. For the table, there’s Royal Doulton, Wedgwood, Villeroy & Boch, Royal Albert; for the kitchen, KitchenAid, Nespresso, Scanpan, Le Creuset; and for the home, Lalique, Lladro and Ralph Lauren. And that’s just to name a few! When you shop at Peter's of Kensington, you can expect to find the brands you love at prices that will surprise you – for all the right reasons.

It doesn't matter whether you shop online or in-store; as a Peter's of Kensington customer, you mean the world to us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and attention to detail.

Whether you live in Sydney and you're preparing to visit us for the very first time, or you're browsing our site in your pyjamas – welcome to Peter's of Kensington!

## Peter's of Kensington Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Crashes"
I love PoK, but the app is rubbish and doesn’t load. Their IT or app developers need to pull their finger out and fix this. Why make it harder for me to shop with you?
-- earlbking, 2024-07-31

### *---- "Doesn’t work."
Error messages constantly. Needed to go to web to order
-- 1Cabt2, 2023-05-23

### *---- "(App) solute Rubbish"
I tried to open the App (early May) and received an error message.

It appears, from the reviews, that the App’s been down since March?

Peter’s of Kensington is my favourite homeware store and I’ve spent thousands with them over the years.

When I reported the problem I was advised to use the website until the problem is rectified.

Such a pity that they appear to be reluctant to fix their App.
-- Rabbitoh56, 2023-05-09

### *---- "App doesn’t load"
Please fix the issue asap, it’s been months and can’t use the app at all. It keeps crashing, stating there’s an error. Will delete it soon if not fixed.
-- Dan7280, 2023-04-30

### *---- "Fix Your App"
App crashed and no longer works as of a few months ago. Please fix it.
-- cailoupea, 2023-04-28

### *---- "Crash"
Couldn’t login to my account, it crashes every time.
-- Sydney Aus, 2023-03-23

### **--- "Pretty basic."
I just downloaded the app and within very first five minutes I lost. The workflow within the app doesn’t seem user friendly at all. I assume you guys don’t have proper mobile app development team. May be it’s a time to pay extra and hire good BA and developers. Happy to change the ratings if I find easy to navigate through the app with the time. I love you guys products though. I’m not criticizing your app. this is honest feedback and I hope you will appreciate it. I work in IT and easily can find this app doesn't cover the basic. Cheers
-- Shaun Wick, 2023-02-03

### ***** "Very good"
Love this app.. beats using the website by a mile! I just want to suggest: when going through wish list, it would be super handy to actually be able to click on the items from there to see more details.
-- Ritolia, 2020-01-08

### ***** "Love it"
Love your app but just wish your shop did not have so much out of stock its annoying really love something and out of stock and where is Afterpay on here other then that some great bargains
-- Shellandshlo, 2019-03-13

### ***-- "Landscape View"
It would be useful to be able to use the app in landscape view.
-- Imosebtan, 2017-08-26
