PetFetch - Pet Organizer

I downloaded this app to try to keep track of my dogs’ vet appointments, vaccinations, etc. When I found I couldn’t add more than two pets, i went for the paid subscription. I have no problem paying for quality apps and this seemed like a bargain. Except it has a lot of issues. For medications, you can’t put in reminders for anything other than daily. So if I need a reminder for heart worm preventative every 28 days, that is not an option. It won’t save my vet as default. Sure, it says it’s saved, but when I try to save that vet for another dog, it says I have no vet saved. Seems kind of dumb to have to re-enter the same vet info for each of my dogs and then save as default separately. This app doesn’t seem to be geared towards pet owners - maybe dog sitters? When I try to enter a location for an appointment, the app completely crashes. So, this is good in theory but needs a lot of updates to be in any way useful.

If I go with the pro version will I have a recurring charge? Your app organizes a lot of information for owners! Thank you! Kristy

Nice app, I will suggest in vaccination record be able to add screenshot, so I can upload the actual vaccination record if I need to show it somewhere

I like the set up. However, in the free version, reminders will not let you change the frequency from daily. I don’t know if this will work in the paid version or not. It also seems there’s no way to contact the developer, and there have been no updates for two years, so my guess is this app is no longer being supported. So why would I spend money on an app not being supported on a slight chance that the feature I want most might work?

Im able to use the scheduling feature, but I am NOT able to add a location with the map feature AND I am not able to add any pictures of my pets. I’d be happy to change the stars on this as soon as it gets fixed...

I find this app very useful. I do think it is more made for people that handle a ton of other people’s pets such as trainer, walker, sitter, etc. But I am none of those things and I find it useful. However, it does crash fairly often, as in multiple times in a 20 minute period.

When I first downloaded the app, it was great and I loved it! However, every time I try to open it now, it waits like it’s loading and then crashes. I can’t see any of my pets information anymore and it won’t let me open the app. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but nothing works. Disappointed because this would’ve been one of my regular apps :(

I really like the concept of this app. However I cannot add photos for all my pets. Only some of them. Can’t figure out how to get support

I really want to write a legitimate review but I can’t seem to get this app to work right. I can only add 2 photos total it seems. It doesn’t tell me I can’t add more but they don’t seem to appear when I upload them? I wanted to see how it would be for using it for a cat rescue but we have 21 cats! I am not going to pay for it without knowing if it works or not first for what I need it for.

So I got a PetFetchid just the other day and when I found the app I tried to login to it with my account that I set up and it will not let me into the app. If I could I would totally not rate it with a star at all. Most likely returning it
