This app and feeder have worked for us for over 5 yrs. Sometimes the pre programmed feeds don't appear when I open it but closing and restarting seems to work. Otherwise, works as it should. Camera is nice too.

Went on vacation last month 6/2025 and the feeder keeps saying “abnormal” in the app. Had to bother my neighbor to come over to feed my 2cats, while I was gone for 2days. I think I’ve done an update lately in the app and now my machine doesn’t work at all! Quite disappointing, I HATE HATE having to throw stuff in the landfills. But that’s where this is heading as without the app it’s useless for feeding! Alas, it still works as a glorified camera. I Bought this in 2021, so I guess I got a decent amount of time out of it?

I used this for a while and it worked, I moved and got a new WiFi system and the pet feeder won’t allow me to start a new connection. I can’t find any customer support and a lot of the info is in Chinese.

I love the product. I got the automatic pet feeder with camera in 2019 and it works great. Just wish I could find the pet companion series cameras. Have not found it online/Amazon so I can keep the same application for all our cameras.

So mine is working really well and my friend asks me for a link (can’t find the product anymore for some reason). As a developer myself I see there are a lot of negative comments, and just want to put a positive one out there: it’s been working great for me and I hope you folks continue to maintain this application. My feeder works great and I hope one day this product gets back on the market.

I’m on vacation in a different time zone than my home. Whenever I open the app and select a device, the app asks me 2-3 times to change the time zone on the device since I’m currently in a different time zone. Please give me a “don’t ask again” option.
