1. Subscription period: one month/one year
2. Subscription price: $5.99/$11.99 per month, $59.99/$119.99 per year
3. Payment: After the user confirms the purchase and pays, it will be credited to the iTunes account
4. Cancel Renewal: To cancel the renewal, please do so within 24 hours of the current subscription expiration
Before, manually turn off self in iTunes/Apple ID settings management
Automatic renewal function
5. Renewal: Apple iTunes accounts will be charged within 24 hours before expiration
Payment, subscription period will be postponed for one month after successful deduction

Honestly I was satisfied with this app but for a couple of months, it asks me to login all the time, even after I logged in, I am inside the app reading data and not even 1 minute later, it logs me out and asks login again, making this apps pure garbage. I hope this can be solved otherwise it goes to the trash…… quite upset

Tienen una restricción estúpida, en la que sólo puedes usar la app en un dispositivo movil. La quieres usar en tu iPhone y iPad... ni hablar! No ofrecen ninguna razón válida para esta innecesaria restricción.

Silly restriction to use the app on ONLY one device. You're out of luck if you want to use it on your iPad. No reason for this arbitrary restriction given.

Too many errors and unknown behaviors. When trying to calibrate the water fountain the app returns time out response even following all the steps. Also there’s no widget to control the water level. With the calibration problem I’m not sure if the scale is calculating the water amount in the tank and how much left I have. Horrible experience for a beautiful product. Please fix it

Is almost useless app for Polar Feeder. You only can schedule 3 meals per day, you cannot repeat the feeding from the same tray, sometimes it just doesn’t open the tray, there is no way to open/close/rotate/make sound without schedule time. This points make useless the Polar Feeder, and is only ok for half day feed, not for 3 days (at least your cat only eats 1 time per day).

PLEASE! add basic manual controls even when a schedule is used to open/close, rotate and start manual sounds to call the pet for the polar wet food feeder!

Another “bug” is that there is no way to delete a feed time within a schedule without creating a new shedule.

With the latest update (OCT/10/2024) the app tends to fail to recognize when the tray is open or closed
