## PetLinkGPS Reviews in United States

### *---- "Endlessly frustrating, simply doesn’t work."
After a week of trying to get this to work, I have canceled my subscription. Customer support suggested “resetting” the tracker, and that worked the first time I did it, but not since. I open the app when I’m ready to take the dog out, and after ten minutes of it not working, I swear a lot and give up. After a week of this, I’m done.
-- Robert_Keim, 2026-07-19

### *---- "Log in issue"
I updated the app on my phone afterwards I couldn’t log into my account. It kept telling me my credentials were incorrect. I can log into the website but not on my phone rendering the GPS in the field useless.
-- Sjemcom, 2026-07-10

### *---- "Terrible"
Super glitchy and slow. It does let me edit primes but won’t let me delete account.
-- IMaddict, 2026-06-03

### ****- "Log in issues corrected"
At first I couldn’t log in with proper credentials. Make sure you do not copy and paste temporary PW, enter manually.
New app is more simplified and seems like an improvement.
-- Otis’owner, 2026-05-27

### *---- "Cannot log on"
Get error with my email/pw. If I try to reset password, get error with email address. Can login fine on website.
