When I called to find out what was going on with it, they told me that the post office canceled the order and now they have to redo the order for the medication which is going to take 2-3 days. And that they can’t give me overnight shipping again so now I have to wait even longer for it to get to me once they get the medication. Keep in mind this is for a seizure dog. Absolutely ridiculous. I still have nothing on my orders that this second order is being processed to replace the first one so I have no idea what’s going on with it. Had to cancel and on top of that, my dog ended up getting infested with fleas since the preventative never came.
