damn! I can’t order online to have stuff delivered for a therapy cat. Don’t offer delivery for peoples pets if yous aren’t going to deliver to them. Shame that yous had to grey out delivery services now I can’t get the stuff I need for him. Good JOB!

I would like to express my thanks to all the staff at the Haverhill store. Every time I go, they are very helpful and friendly and always give me excellent advice.
I signed up and have logged in. The account card shows my name but not my number. I click on the vouchers but there is always an error sign. I’ve logged in and off, I’ve deleted and reinstalled it but still doesn’t work. Shame, as I would have liked to have used the vouchers I received when I signed up.

Unable to access this app to use vouchers in Redhill store, very dissatisfied.
This app never keeps track of previous groom appointments. Today I was asked to create a new account because it could not find my previous account. Once I setup the account it found my dog’s profile but any previous activity around bookings was lost. Get this sorted. It’s a complete time waster.
The worst app I have ever encountered! I can’t change my loyalty card, I can’t buy anything as it keeps saying something went wrong and now it says I can’t progress with the app until I change my password, which surprise, surprise, when I try to do it, it says something went wrong. I’ve tried customer support and they suggested I deleted my account and started again - surprise, surprise, this failed also! I’ve updated the app and done everything I know, now I can’t even get into the it!
