Pets at Home

This app is bad for a national company. It always tells me I have a subscription on the way when I don’t. When I look at my active subscriptions they have random incorrect delivery dates showing. Adding another pet is always confusing.

Since the new app I tap in and the card to scan isn’t there so annoying 🤦🏽‍♀️

What was an easy app is now virtually unusable. Can’t find how to reorder previous purchases. Pointlessly difficult to search products, was this designed by a committee or someone who never uses an app to purchase anything.

The recently updated app is much less user-friendly and difficult to navigate filters etc when searching for something. And unless you have the specific name of a product the search function yields little result.

This app rarely works. Frequently logged out of it for no reason. Sometimes logged out due to an update. Frequently store staff have to manually input my purchase on the register. Rarely get the coupons / vouchers because the app fails to load. Basically a waste of time.

The app cannot add card to Apple wallet despite this page saying I can. The app has also given me another vip number, which means that I now have 4 different vip numbers but never get a voucher despite always using the vip card. Cannot change the number in app to that of my physical card as it gives an error

this app has been made in accessible for blind people, you can’t search for results of things and also can’t apply vouchers to online orders easily with VoiceOver, needs a lot of work doing to make it accessible. You also can’t click online and install options using VoiceOver.

Terrible app now, hardly any vouchers. Vouchers that are used or expired stay on the system when the should be renewed

…so each time I’m having to look for the products I want to buy repeatedly or products I’ve seen but can’t afford today but might purchase later. Zooplus let’s me save my favourites and it’s do much easier - Pets at home, please do the same

For some reason the email address added to my app is incorrect and I can’t change it. Yet it is fine with my account through the website. The app doesn’t allow me to change it myself and customer service can’t change it. Their response was delete the account and set up a new one. So will just stop using the app as it is the one with the issue. What a poorly designed piece of technology and solution. Who wants to loose traceability of orders? Actually guven the fact vouchers don’t show on their website anymore this is very bad practice by pets at home. Looks like Jolleys will be my main supplier going forward.
