App never keeps me logged in. Then when I have to login, the fields auto populate and won’t allow me to type and it won’t let me access anything. I’ve called in numerous times about this issue and all they say is to delete and reinstall the app. I’ve done that multiple times already. Also, have submitted a claim for allergy medications. Was only a $44 claim. It’s been over a month and I’ve had 0 response other than when I called in to follow up and was told that the $36 medication won’t be covered, but maybe the $8 one will. Not worth the monthly cost if all they do is fight covering anything. I’d rather put money aside on my own and save it towards vet expenses. Will be cancelling.

Worst app and service I have ever used.

Have to uninstall and then reinstall frequently because app buffers and won’t open. Used to work great, not sure what’s happened the past several months. The insurance is great though. 4/624 update. Just had to uninstall and reinstall again

I love the insurance, let me say that first. Everyone I’ve spoken to is so kind and genuine. The coverage is fantastic and I genuinely feel better knowing my dog is covered. The app itself however is pretty outdated. I have to sign in every time I want to see something on my account, once I’m signed in and I want to view something else, I have to sign in again. On a desktop there are no problems, just on the app. Maybe developers could try to work the bugs out on that and it’d be seamless

Pets Best is a fraudulent, scam insurance provider. They will find any reason not to pay a claim. I’ve had their insurance for 4 years, have made no claims, and my first claim they pointed to their T&Cs and refuse to payout the claim. They are a fraudulent insurance company that will not come through when you need them the most. Avoid them like the plague. They are a horrible company and truly evil people. Also, their app is also terrible, it’s an embedded web page that makes you login every time you open it.

85 percent of the time the app doesn’t work right. Can’t log into view claims. I’m logged into the app but when you go to view claims or documents, it won’t log in. Please fix this issue.

I went to the dog vet like twice and I filed a claim and i waiting and waiting and waiting for like 5 months just for it to say they can’t return me any money … WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!

The insurance is comparable to others. I chose it over others based on cost and coverage. But the app is horrible. Nine out of ten times I can’t log in. It just hangs up. The log in only shows up when I choose to view or update a claim, not on the Home Screen. It can easily take 15-20 minutes to finally log in. I’m not sure though because I usually give up after 5 and go back to important things. Access on the web is fine, but that’s not always an option. Fix the app.

I don’t know why but this app is so buggy now. It autofills my password even though I changed it, and when I delete it to type in new one, it will autofill AGAIN. Makes no sense

It takes forever for the app to load. Can’t log in or submit a claim easily. No password screen no Face ID. Nothing works. There must be a bug but there’s no update for the app. Just frustrating.
