It’s normally very buggy, but sometimes the bugs are so bad it won’t let me complete an order when I want to. I’ll give up, go back to it the next day and the problem has resolved itself but the promotion has since ended. Maybe Petsmart is doing this on purpose to manage promo use, I don’t know, but I’m done. I don’t have time for games. Today 1st dog showed 3 available, second at least a dozen. I HAD TO DOWNLOAD AN APP, CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, SHOP FOR NEW ITEMS THAT WERE LESS EXPENSIVE, AND MORE READILY AVAILABLE ON THE CHEWY APP, AND THEN INPUT ALL MY SHIPPING INFORMATION, AGAIN!! THIS WAS AN ABYSMAL EXPERIENCE OVERALL. Randomly it will crash out and when you reopen you can’t connect to your store and you can’t locate any products. If anything was in your cart that’s gone. This app is ridiculous! I can’t pay as it says my payment can’t be processed even after doing any updates to the app. I even deleted the payment method and reentered it .. The amount of times it crashes or glitches…. is insane. I had a cart full of items and was just about to check out and it glitched “uh oh something went wrong” and removed everything from my cart. I would add things to my cart, proceed to checkout, then all of a sudden, half of my items are “unavailable” or “out of stock”. So I have to remove those items from my cart and then re-add them so they will show as in-stock and let me proceed to payment. The next big issue is the payment. I’ve tried every single debit/credit card I own and each time it was rejected through the app. After reading some of the reviews, this is a common, ongoing problem that has yet to be fixed (5years as far as I can tell 😁). It’s taking me this long to write a review because I was so upset. Millie was cut several times during her appointment. She is a sweetheart and they’ve never had any problems with her before. When we got home And I put her down, she was literally bleeding on her shoulder. The blood was actually running down and it was a inch and a half long cut. Not to mention two other places. It was absolutely horrible and there’s no way the groomer did not know they did this! I will never ever take her back to the Asheboro PetSmart. I also have pictures, but this app won’t let me download them. Currently it’s a blank page for me) but it makes online shopping AWFUL. I like to arrange for store pick up to coincide with my dogs’ appointments because it’s convenient. But more times than not, the app crashes before I can finish shopping and every time it crashes, it removes everything from my cart. If it’s not crashing, it’s taking ages to load, even just clicking in between options for 1 item (ex. Food package sizes). First time using there delivery service- later that day I had multiple charges from unknown sources. This is the only new source I have added my card information to. PetSmart shares your card info to pay delivery services. Something is not secure. Had to cancel my card as the charges continue.
