This app has cost me 2 promotions now and I’m fed up. It’s normally very buggy, but sometimes the bugs are so bad it won’t let me complete an order when I want to. I’ll give up, go back to it the next day and the problem has resolved itself but the promotion has since ended. Maybe Petsmart is doing this on purpose to manage promo use, I don’t know, but I’m done. I don’t have time for games. Chewy is better anyways.

When booking salon appointments for my 3 dogs it shows it shows different AP times available, on the same day, making it a challenge to schedule all three on the same day.  Today 1st dog showed 3 available, second at least a dozen.   When I contact the salon their availability is different from website.

Chewy and PetSmart are two different companies apparently and you CANNOT use PetSmart gift cards on the Chewy app. Though they are ostensibly the same thing. I HAD TO DOWNLOAD AN APP, CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, SHOP FOR NEW ITEMS THAT WERE LESS EXPENSIVE, AND MORE READILY AVAILABLE ON THE CHEWY APP, AND THEN INPUT ALL MY SHIPPING INFORMATION, AGAIN!! THIS WAS AN ABYSMAL EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I HATE THAT YOUVE MADE THIS HARDER FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.

The app works perfectly until it doesn’t. Randomly it will crash out and when you reopen you can’t connect to your store and you can’t locate any products. If anything was in your cart that’s gone. You just get the error page with a dog saying something went wrong. This is has been an issue for at LEAST 2 years. FIX THIS PLEASE

This app is ridiculous! I can’t pay as it says my payment can’t be processed even after doing any updates to the app. I even deleted the payment method and reentered it .. Petsmart’s trash app is losing out on sales due to this.

Even after I activate my offers I never get them. I spent 150$ in store right after Thanksgiving  I activated my offers and like always I never get my points! This is why I got to the other pet store down the road. Their app works fine and I get all the points I should get!

I never care enough to write reviews for apps but this is the exception. It’s happened multiple times where petsmart the app, as well as the company will completely clear my cart. Spent an hour getting my dogs Christmas gifts together just for it to completely delete everything.

This app is so frustrating. The amount of times it crashes or glitches…. is insane. I had a cart full of items and was just about to check out and it glitched “uh oh something went wrong” and removed everything from my cart. This sort of thing happens about 50% of the time when I’m using the app. Needs improvement. Beyond frustrating.

### *---- "You cannot complete checkout"
The app itself works fine other than a few major issues. I would add things to my cart, proceed to checkout, then all of a sudden, half of my items are “unavailable” or “out of stock”. So I have to remove those items from my cart and then re-add them so they will show as in-stock and let me proceed to payment. The next big issue is the payment. I’ve tried every single debit/credit card I own and each time it was rejected through the app. After reading some of the reviews, this is a common, ongoing problem that has yet to be fixed (5years as far as I can tell 😁). Do better :)
