The nature of the business is to market quality pets to the consumers. The range of pets includes dog, cat, tortoise, hamster, rabbit and others. Besides that, Pets More also market products such as pet food, equipments and utilities all cater specially for pets. All the products sold in the shop must go through a strict and thorough quality check before they are being sold to the customers. We also obtained an in-house grooming service who services our customers to keep their pets in a tiptop presentable look at all time. The pet shops are designed in a way that is spacious, clean and open to allow shoppers and pets enough rooms to move about when they are shopping in Pets More. In this technology era, Pets More also has own a Pets Online Store with the domain name of www.petsmore.com. Detailed description and pictures of the pets will be provided in the Pets online Store to help the customers in making their purchase decision. The establishment of PetsMoreCard is also a success. Currently we have a steady growing database of members which get to enjoy discounts and promotions on products. In the near future, Pets More plans to organize interactive activities for its members. Besides that, Pets More also plans to expand its business to more locations outside of Klang Valley to provide more accessibility to pet lovers who currently do not have such pet shop around their areas.
