The litter box works ok. The app is infuriating. I would not recommend this litter box until they get the app working correctly.

Notifications need to revert to the old behavior or give options to customize them. I don’t need multiple alerts because a cat used the litter box. I only want notifications if the waste drawer is full or there’s another issue that requires attention.

I used to only get notifications for the litter box when a cat was in there for over two minutes or when the waste drawer needed to be replaced. Now I get notifications EVERY SINGLE TIME one of my cats uses the litter box for any amount of time and there’s no way to turn it off without turning off all notifications. Please make the notifications more customizable.

I own litter box, two feeders, two fountain waters and the air purifier. I rely on my app to work for my pets even more so when I am away from home for work, travel or running errands. Half of the time the little box does want to run correctly. And the app is terrible because it keeps changing back and forth from the old version to an updated version. When it changes it messes with my cat’s feeding schedules and then they don’t get fed unless I manually feed them. The first time this happened we didn’t catch it. We just thought they kept eating all their food. Until we realized their food level was not moving. Sad that my cats were missing out on meals because this company’s app is trash. If I would have known I wouldn’t have invested the money. Don’t waste your time or money.

On a Unifi network with several other IOT and never have an issue except with my Pet Snowy.  Went away for a weekend and made sure my cat’s auto feeder was on.  This liter box decides to go offline as soon as I leave.  You can’t reconnect unless you are next to the unit.   I literally have had to reconnect this litter box every two weeks since I brought it

Paid almost $700 for this litter box and the app is ridiculous, I turn off my bluetooth one time and it lost all data and has changed completely. Now I cannot turn the lights on my device to see when it isn’t working.
