Great for emergency cases
My dog suddenly bit a rat in our house and I could not bring my dog to the vet immediately. PetPal helped me save time and it provided the convenience of getting healthcare for my fur baby in the comfort of my home.
So convenient!
Glad I don’t have to go to the vet anymore and line up and waste half a day for a quick consult. Thanks petpal!
Better user experience
The app doesnt let me connect to the call. it just says “teleconnection error” i have given access to my mic and camera but i still cant connect to the call. Not good ux experience because there is no way for me to reach out to the vet if i choose videocall consult. The AI chat doesnt help as it doesnt give me any resources to contact support. I wasnt able to find any support contact from the app even if i look through my profile or i dont even know where settings is. This might be a user error but in the whole 15mins i was so stressed in just joining my consult. Buti na lang the vet had the urgency and contacted me through mobile. If not, i paid and scheduled the call sa app for nothing.

Frenchie approved!
Had a teleconsult with Doc Britt, and it went smoothly! Our usual vet hospital didn’t have slots when my frenchie had an emergency, so we had a teleconsult with PetPal before I could bring him to the hospital. It super helped because I was panicking.

Looove the fact that PetPal has an app! A few taps is all it takes now for me to book home vet visits (our fave!) for our skittish kitties.
Can't get refunds
Hi, I've been trying to get a refund since the vet I booked via your app declined the home visit appointment. It's bad app design since nowhere in the app I could request to get a refund and your customer service in email/Facebook does not help. I declined the CS email to look for a different vet since I was able to look one myself from a different service. Nowhere in your T&C also say that refunds could not be processed if the vet themself have declined the service
Convenient
My quick question regarding my pet was answered immediately.
Lifesaver for anxious pet parents!
App was easy to use and I was able to talk to a veterinarian instantly when my dog wasnt feeling well. Great app for anxious pet parents that need instant expert advice at the comfort of your home!
