This app did not meet my expectations and, in my opinion, provides little to no value. It seems odd that some conveyancers force home buyers to use it, which raises questions about the reasoning behind this endorsement.

A pointless App that did nothing during the settlement process.

Not ideal for me when waiting for settlement to be notified the following on the day -30minutes after settlement should have been complete…. “We can confirm that the matter is now in “settling” mode, however we have just been notified of a statewide issue with Pexa today, which means that settlements are not moving through to completed, and thus being delayed. We are assured that matter is being worked on, and will provide you with further updates as available….. Yeah thanks PEXA

App works fine but Useless app .

The app would be ok if it was used correctly The house we purchased they had the wrong address On settlement there was no info on what was happening .Settlement should have taken place at 2.00pm there was nothing on the app about bank details?At 6.30pm still no info,Very disappointed in one of the most important things in our life Hopeless

Served no discernible purpose in our settlement process. Another useless, time wasting bureaucracy that costs money and provides nil information.
