PEXA Key

I keep getting connection error messages but all other apps good, is there an issue with this build version if the app. Has worked previously but deleted app and reinstalled for new property transaction. The world was a better place pre PEXA!

Very helpful and informative App

Other than another fee which is tax deductible I suppose, I don’t get what benefits I gained. As the seller of a property I only loaded as I was told to but I would not recommend to people in the future as this doesn’t add any value as far as I have found.

Really not much benefit. More like a platform for advertising suppliers etc. does point out the obvious such as don’t forget electricity etc.

Works fine, but pretty pointless.

An app to let people know the settlement date? I thought surely there is more to it but nope, that’s it (and a moving checklist). If the benefit/purpose of PEXA is for conveyancer, how is that the seller or buyer pays. Unnecessary and of no value.

EDIT: To address your response - we live in Australia, it’s 100% safe to share your bank account details here (and you’re well aware of this). Framing this as the purpose of this app is straight up misleading and deceptive. I wouldn’t have to switch off your dodgy marketing offers if I hadn’t been tricked into installing this in the first place. This app shouldn’t exist. It’s exploitative. ——————————————————————————— ORIGINAL: As others have pointed out, this app only exists to try and sell you 3rd party services, and capitalise on the fact that PEXA is involved in the settlement process. Waste of my attention. There’s nothing this app does that couldn’t be done more securely and reliably through direct communication with my conveyancer. All positive reviews here seem highly dubious.

Don’t understand the point of this app - really doesn’t add any value at all to the settlement process.
