## Peztio Reviews in United States

### *---- "not connecting to camera"
They have a good customer support, they try to help and asking every time. but they couldn’t fix the connection issue. How could be difficult that to fix that i don’t know.
One of my problem is;
- network is unavailable.
I reset the camera as requested. Noting was changed. I turned of the camera, Nothing changed. I unplugged the camera 1min and plugged in back
None of them solved the problem.
If you have any suggestions beside Resetting the camera till
“Di” sound, Please let me know.
-- Bakindor, 2025-03-02

### ***-- "Please Fix Video Playback"
The camera is fine but the app for it is just terrible. Please add an option to slide a bar to different timestamps when viewing a video and make it less laggy.
-- Wanna be but can't be, 2025-02-28

### *---- "Latest Update Will Not Connect Camera"
Latest update no longer connect to the camera, even with phone connected to the camera’s Wi-Fi network.

App is completely useless now.
-- Kao Saelee, 2025-02-27

### **--- "Issues with recordings"
The time displayed on the camera stopped working. You have to manually connect it every time you start the car in order for it to record the video’s hour right.
-- Blaaannch, 2025-02-24

### *---- "Update Will Not Allow Camera Connection"
The latest update prevents camera from updating
-- Commercials-NoThanks, 2025-02-22

### *---- "Never works"
Multiple times now, this app and camera has consistently not recorded, even after updating, swapping sd cards, etc.
-- pigrod, 2025-02-21

### *---- "Can’t view downloads"
Download only downloads into the app album not you photo gallery. Trying to view my accident crashes the app every time. Waste of money and unreliable.
-- Z3K3Z, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Stopped recording unless I open the app"
Google says there should be a “continuous recording setting” vs “live preview only “ but I have no such setting and the dash cam only records now if I open the app, as soon as I close the app it stops recording
-- havoclucid88, 2024-12-03

### ****- "Possible feature to add?"
Could we add a function to automatically delete old videos after off- 30-60-90days? Please and thank you.

I have no qualms on any other feature, doing a good job!
-- konak10, 2024-11-14

### ***** "Great Product"
Easy to install. Clear Images.
