Chang's Reviews in United States ### **--- "Cannot apply rewards" Clunky and not intuitive. Website is just as bad. Unable to apply rewards. -- Dr. Batman99, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "No good!" The Mongolian trio had no sauce it was so dry it looked like beef jerky -- Luis22R$, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "App is super meh" You can’t do anything in the app except order food…you don’t see your points or rewards or anything about your account without logging in online…so very meh -- Soogar13, 2024-12-20 ### ***** "Imani" She was so very sweet and courteous. Brightened my day! -- plucorp, 2024-12-15 ### **--- "Rewards info missing" Please put my rewards information into the app. I have to go to my computer to get the information. Very cumbersome. -- aallison77, 2024-12-01 ### ***** "Excellent service" Food is great, prices are reasonable, margaritas are awesome and at $5 at the bar, simply incredible. Staff is friendly and Harold (bar tender), is amazing. -- seebast, 2024-11-27 ### ****- "Rewards, where are you?" The older version of the app made it easier to understand and see your rewards. I don’t even know where I can find it on the app. -- Mitch Fitch, 2024-11-22 ### **--- "Disappointed" On my recent trip through Atlanta I was surprised to see a PF Chang in Hartsfield Intl. I was super excited and wasted no time placing my order of pan fried shrimp dumplings and pepper steak with lo-mein noodles (up charge of $4). My first disappointment came when they informed me that they don’t do the rewards program in the airport. Little did I know that wouldn’t be my biggest disappointment. First the dumplings were not cooked properly or thoroughly and they had no taste. Actually they tasted like mushy flour. Awful!! So I moved on to the pepper steak… horrible!! The steak was tough and looked like it had been cooked a while ago. The noodles was the only half way decent thing. But who wants plain lo mein noodles?? $44 dollars down the drain!! And I ordered to go because I didn’t want to have to rush to my gate. I thought I was going to sit down and enjoy a nice meal while I wait for my flight, from my favorite restaurant… boy was I wrong!! Never going to that location again!! -- KMocha72, 2024-11-11 ### *---- "Terrible app" You cannot see your points and expiration date for rewards. -- csq308, 2024-11-09 ### **--- "Always a forget something" The simplest things I ask for are forgotten or totally different. I ask for sweet and sour , get chili sauce. I ask for no side but extra rice and not happening. Last order I was missing the shrimp and no fortune cookie. I guess I need to spend extra time going through my order before I leave and not be so naive to think my order is going to be actually correct. -- tamtrotter, 2024-11-08 [View all P.F.
