No point in ordering from this app. You will be asked to select a collection time. (All times show as available) you will then leave home to go collect your food,arrive at the shop only to get a text or e mail to tell you your order will be ready in another 45 minutes time. So like I said total waste of time. Just go to the shop and order your food will Likly be ready in 10 mins anyway.

The app is woeful - literally does not work when trying to change location or log in. On the rare occasion that it does work it is so slow, constantly brings you back to the homepage and often bugs out. Why bother even having an app

It tells you you can pre order before opening. Then when you go to choose a collection time it says “restaurant currently closed”. Well duh, that what preorder is! 
When you go into your basket you better not have forgotten anything, as it doesn’t let you return to the menu.
It doesn’t let you add salt and vinegar on all food options.
There’s no comments box when your paying.
Also to use this fabulous nonsense PG chips charges you 20p processing fee.

I like the app and it generally works well. As per above there is no indication of the collection time in the email confirmation or in the order history within the app. 

In fact a good feature would be to add the collection time to your calendar with an alert.

Poor App.

Kept reloading every time I pressed back. Trying to sign up was a nightmare. Would not recommend.

App has a pretty poor user experience. Back buttons reload the entire app and I have to re-select my local. Entering address at the start of the app is pointless as it doesn’t order the locations to the closest to me.

All round poor experience.
