## PGMall Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "Not user friendly apps"
I’ve using this online shopping platform for almost 2 years plus. However, I noticed there is minimal improvement done to this apps. The most irritated issue is when you try to scroll down the product list, the app will bring you back to the 1st 10-20 product list 😅. I encountered this quite often and the main reason why I rarely buy from PGMall.
-- Irwanie, 2024-08-08

### *---- "Alamat pbeli"
App selalu lagging. Nak tambah alamat pun x dapat
-- X ada nama, 2024-06-10

### *---- "Stupid Apps ever"
I bought items pre order & chat seller & seller inform no stock! I do understand but the refund process was terrible! They will automatically goes to ur c wallet eventho u make payment via grabpay! Overall the price is more expensive than other platforms! Pls don’t buy anything from this apps! The seller also slow update & delivery items!
-- KyleZayn, 2024-05-27

### *---- "Late Response from PG Mall & Seller"
PG Mall need to improve their Procedure for the time response to the customer since the customer has been waiting the delivery status almost 1 week.

Bad service!
-- Ain_zai, 2022-11-30

### *---- "Shopping platform yang paling teruk"
Mula2 susah nak log in, asyik client authentication failed. Bila dah boleh log in, tak boleh guna c wallet pula sebab phone number kena block sebab unsual activity.. menyusahkan. Baik tak payah bagi incentive kat pg mall kalau susah sangat nak guna!!
-- PGmallUser, 2022-11-20

### *---- "Reset password"
Lembab! Sent email lambat. Reset password lebih 10kali tapi failed sbb code lmbt bg !!!
-- Aweng79, 2022-10-22

### *---- "Very bad service"
I bought an item after chatting with a seller, suddenly the seller said that the product was out of stock. So i cancelled my payment. It has already been weeks but I still didn't receive back my money, even after I contacted the customer service. Worst app and service ever. Not recommended especially if you cancel your purchase.
