## PGVCL SMART METER Reviews in India

### *---- "Worst app ever"
This is one of the worst app ever i,ve seen before. It never notifies me for bill generation. There must be use of space technology. Without this it is not possible to work that level of hard.
-- Space technology pgvcl, 2026-08-25

### *---- "Not worked"
Not working bogus apps tired to open but not work
-- Buchkey, 2026-07-13

### *---- "Review on working"
Worst app ever i saw on app store
-- Qerhriir, 2026-07-08

### *---- "Worst Application"
It’s showing wrong information for my net meter with wrong import and export consumption numbers, It was working properly a day ago and suddenly
-- BharatBhanushali, 2026-06-24

### **--- "Bills"
Only 3 bills updated for the year 2025-2026 and many data not updated, why that I don’t know so resolves this problem at your end right?
-- Nileshkr, 2026-06-06

### *---- "Primitive, Buggy, and Utterly Confusing"
The application appears frightfully archaic; one might easily presume it was cobbled together by an unsupervised novice. The user interface is quite appalling, bearing a distinct resemblance to the digital relics of 2010. Furthermore, the design is exceedingly repetitive, displaying identical tables upon the main screen as one finds within the subsidiary pages, rather than offering a genuinely functional dashboard.

It renders the task of discerning one's payable amount terribly perplexing—there is no clear delineation between what they deem 'import' and 'export', and it completely neglects to calculate the final net usage. One is regrettably forced to undertake the mathematics oneself.

The core functionalities are demonstrably broken. The "Remote Meter Display" quite fails to fetch any data, merely producing an error, whilst one cannot even download past statements without being met with a "No data found to generate pdf" notice. To compound this dreadful experience, there is a grievances feature wherein they summarily dismiss one's inquiries with an instruction to "contact the subdivision." For what earthly reason, one must ask, does such an utterly pointless feature even exist within the application?

### *---- "Never run and work properly"

-- CANDY GAMING 146, 2026-05-19

account id ane customer id same hoy to proper label aapo.
-- hiteshmungpara, 2026-03-30

### *---- "Third class app"
Can’t open the app
-- P RATHOD, 2026-03-26

### *---- "Worst application"
Unable to load the application after an upgrade. And it will keep on asking to update the app even if your app is up to date. These are basic app development issues which they are unable to fix.
