Garbage app with glitchy interface and extremely slow log in

Trying to change the password but it won’t not let me even though I follow instructions. Its annoying app. Fix this please I pay on time and this is what I get service from you. How much more if I file a claim? maybe more worse than this?

if you are going to migrate to a different app, atleast tell your client using the old app where to switch to.

I cannot access my SunLife App due to incorrect password even I changed the password so many times. We need to access our account especially in times of emergency.

IT IS SO ANNOYING THAT I HAVE TO RESET MY PASSWORD EVERY TIME I LOGIN.

The service providers of this app are terrible. They keep forcing me to change my password, and I initially thought it was my fault. However, after I started taking screenshots, I noticed that even when a password was created is correctly entered, I still encountered errors similar to those when accessing the website. That's when I realized that the service was completely messed up.

I have been trying to access the app for sometime now and its giving me an error, Incorrect PIN or too many attempts when I only started accessing it for the day. I’ve tried to reset it and was prompted that an email instructions will be sent but, I still haven’t gotten it. Now im seeing reviews that this has been the users issue too for years now. Tell your developer to FIX YOUR LOGIN ISSUE.

Keep telling me incorrect email or password. Csnt login til now. Wtf

The app is supposed to make it convenient to access your account but it does the opposite. It’s always under maintenance, says wrong username/password. Please do something about this issue asap.

When you add security to your app, make sure it is working! I never received OTP via SMS, I have to wait to 60 seconds so it can be sent via email. Then, error encountered after entering OTP received via email.
