It does what it says in the tin, but I miss Lloyd’s, as you could get different reminders set up for different dates, but it’s so tricky to navigate on here, and as yet not found a solution for this. Plus everything was just pulled through from the GP, on here I had to put in every medication I was on, which could be very difficult for some.

The change of date section is very difficult to set new dates and takes multiple attempts to achieve. I use twice as many 1mg warfarin as the 3 and 5 mgs but there is no option to order two packets of 1 mg ?!?!?.

I got migrated from Lloyds there app was a lot better so I’m hoping this gets migrated over. One really useful feature Lloyds has was ability to return prescription to the spine without contacting customer service so you can do this out of hours and collect from local or emergency pharmacy. Lack of this feature is why I’m looking to move.

Was sent a different made that I ordered. A medicine I had ordered in the past. When tried to contact via chat constantly cut off and app crashed. So much worse then old Lloyds app this replaced. Interface bad and hard to navigate

Loved Lloyds pharmacy app, it gave care and updated on my order and issues. Moved over to Pharmacy2u and the whole process has been awful. From the app still not showing my exception payment to it showing a orders approved when not in the items have been. I thought I made a mistake until I check the email. PLUS why am I get sales for health stuff it’s not Boots. This is my prescript medicine app. I’m neurodivergent which this is NOT ND friendly, the process and soo is overwhelming and frustrating.

From day one I
Have never regretted using Pharmacy2U for my medication. My husband too. The first one is a bit slower whilst everything is set up but from there on in from order delivery is extremely quick.  Any delay is from my end with my Doctors! I simply cannot do without the order reminders too, this means I never run out like I did before. Everything a win win. No traipsing to the doctor for prescription. No waiting in the pharmacy queue, nor having to go back if they haven’t got it. Order. Delivered. That’s it. Brilliant.
